Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what is and isn’t allowed when using Clientish (the “Service”), operated by Clientish Co Inc (“Clientish”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. General Conduct
We expect all users — agency owners, team members, remote members, and their clients — to use the Service respectfully and lawfully. You are responsible for the conduct of anyone you invite into your workspace.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing content through messaging, ticket, or email features
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another workspace, account, or any part of our infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data at scale beyond normal API usage
• Circumvent plan limits, usage restrictions, or security controls
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service itself as your own SaaS product without our written agreement
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data it contains
3. Fair Use
Features described as “unlimited” (such as unlimited services or forms on certain plans) are subject to fair, reasonable use consistent with normal agency operations. Automated or abnormal usage patterns designed to abuse an unlimited allowance may be rate-limited or flagged for review.
4. Client Data Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload any client or third-party data into your workspace, and for complying with applicable data protection laws with respect to your own clients. Clientish hosts this data on your behalf and does not review or moderate it as a matter of course.
5. Enforcement
If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated this AUP, we may remove offending content, suspend the affected account, or terminate your workspace, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you believe another user is violating this AUP, please report it to support@clientish.co.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
