Encryption Everywhere

All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text.

Two-Factor Authentication

2FA is available on every plan to protect every login, for every team member and remote member.

Role-Based Access Control

Granular permission grids and Co-Admin roles ensure people only see and touch what they need.

Workspace Isolation

Every agency’s workspace and Customer Data is logically isolated — never shared or mixed across tenants.

Every meaningful action in your workspace is logged, filterable, and reviewable for full accountability.

We don’t see, track, or mine your Customer Data

The client records, orders, invoices, and files your agency stores in Clientish belong to you. We host it strictly to run your workspace — we don’t access, analyze, or sell it, and we never share it across tenants.

Infrastructure

Clientish runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with encrypted backups, isolated databases per environment, and monitored uptime. See our SLA for uptime commitments.

Payment Security

Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, Aamarpay, SSLCommerz). Clientish never stores full card numbers on its own servers.
