Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Clientish Co Inc (“Clientish”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Clientish (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
The only information we actually see and collect is what you provide directly to set up your agency’s account and subscription: your name, email address, company details, and billing information, given when you create a workspace or subscribe to a plan. We also automatically collect basic usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. Beyond this account-level information, we have no visibility into or access to your operational Customer Data — the client records, orders, invoices, files, messages, and tickets your workspace stores are hosted strictly on your behalf, to run your agency, and remain yours alone.
2. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (including tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit some functionality of the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service; process payments through our payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, Aamarpay, SSLCommerz); send transactional emails (invoices, ticket updates, subscription notices); provide customer support; improve and secure the platform; and comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not track, analyze, or use the Customer Data you or your clients upload (client records, orders, invoices, files, messages, tickets) for our own purposes — it exists solely to let you run your agency, and we do not monitor or mine it. We share data only with: payment processors, to complete transactions; infrastructure and email delivery providers, to operate the Service; and law enforcement or regulators, where required by law. Each workspace’s Customer Data is isolated and is not shared with other Clientish tenants.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We do not track or profile you or your clients based on Customer Data. We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your workspace is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for export or reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted from our production systems (residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before automatic purge). You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
6. Your Rights (EU/EEA Users — GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Clientish acts as a data processor for Customer Data you upload on behalf of your own clients, and as a data controller for your own account information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@clientish.co.
7. Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at support@clientish.co.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted passwords, HTTPS transport encryption, rate limiting, and session management controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
10. Third-Party Links & Communications
The Service may contain links to third-party websites not operated by us; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We may send you transactional emails (invoices, ticket updates, subscription notices) and occasional product or promotional emails; you can unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time using the link in those emails, without affecting transactional notices necessary to operate your account.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service before they take effect.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your data rights, contact us at support@clientish.co.
