CLIENT PORTAL INTEGRATIONS · UPDATED OCTOBER 2026
Client Portal Integrations for Agencies
Client portal integrations connect the portal your clients use to the tools your agency already pays for, so payments, leads, alerts and reports move by themselves. From $29 a month, Clientish connects 12 payment gateways, QuickBooks and Xero, Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and SMS, Calendly and Cal.com, Facebook Lead Ads, Zapier and Make, 13 report sources for your client portal, and Claude and ChatGPT, each switched on with your own account, plus Zapier’s 9,000+ apps through the Clientish app on Zapier.

Why Agencies Connect Their Tools
Every tool that does not talk to your client portal means copying, checking and chasing by hand: a payment marked twice, a lead found a week late, a report sent by email and never opened.

PAYMENTS & ACCOUNTING
Get Paid Into Your Own Accounts
Connect the gateways your clients already use and they pay invoices and orders straight into your own account. Invoices then go to QuickBooks or Xero, so your books match without retyping. See client invoicing.
COMMUNICATION
Updates Where Your Team and Clients Are
Every email goes through your own mail server. New leads, orders, tickets and paid invoices can post to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or Telegram, and you can text clients by SMS or WhatsApp from your own Twilio number.

LEADS & IMPORT
New Leads Come In by Themselves
Calls booked in Calendly or Cal.com become leads, assigned to whoever takes the call. Facebook and Instagram ad forms land in your pipeline. Moving from another tool? Import clients and work from ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello or Notion. See lead management and switching to Clientish.

What Changes for Your Agency
Integrations only matter when they remove a step your team does by hand every day. These are the steps that disappear once your client portal is connected to the rest of your tools.
Built-In or Glued Together
Many agencies connect tools with Zapier for everything. Here is the difference when the common ones are built in. See white label for the email and domain side.
Client Portal Integrations FAQ
Straight answers about client portal integrations: payments, accounting, chat, leads, reports, Zapier and what they cost.
What are client portal integrations?
They are connections between the portal your clients log in to and the other tools your agency runs on, such as a payment gateway, your accounting app or your team chat, so information moves on its own instead of being copied by hand.
Which payment gateways does Clientish integrate with?
Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, Braintree, Authorize.net, Mollie, Paystack, Razorpay, PayFast (Pakistan and South Africa), SSLCommerz and manual banking. Clients pay into your own account.
Does Clientish integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. Connect QuickBooks Online or Xero and your invoices are sent there, so your books match your client work.
Can new leads and orders post to Slack or Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord and Telegram can receive new leads, orders, tickets and paid invoices.
Can I send SMS or WhatsApp messages to clients?
Yes. Connect WhatsApp through Meta, Twilio or a QR scan, Telegram with a bot and SMS through your own Twilio number. Chats arrive in Live Chat beside portal messages, and automations can send them too.
Does it work with Calendly or Cal.com?
Yes. Every call booked in Calendly or Cal.com lands on the lead or client it belongs to, and new people become leads assigned to whoever takes the call. Leads come with Growth.
Is there a Clientish app on Zapier?
Yes, and through it Clientish works with the 9,000+ apps Zapier connects. It has 10 instant triggers such as new order, invoice paid or new lead, 10 actions such as create a lead, client, order or draft invoice, and 4 searches. Open it from Settings, Webhooks & API, connect with an API key and nothing it does can delete data.
Can I connect Make or my own tools?
Yes. Make scenarios and your own tools run from the same order, invoice, lead and ticket events over signed webhooks, and the API lets them create and update records with an API key.
Can I show AgencyAnalytics or Google Sheets reports to clients?
Yes. 13 report sources, including AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Databox, Whatagraph, Google Sheets and Figma, can be shown in the client portal.
Can I import my data from ClickUp or Asana?
Yes. ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello and Notion each have a one-time import for clients, work, team and comments.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Integrations are part of every Clientish plan, from $29 a month; the lead ones feed the pipeline, which comes with Growth at $49. Some providers, like Twilio or a payment gateway, charge their own fees.
Which integrations are coming next?
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, ActiveCampaign and Google Data Studio are listed as coming soon on the Integrations page.
Connect your client portal to the tools you use.
