Agiled vs Clientish: Which Is Better for Agencies in 2026?

Agiled is a business suite for small companies that puts CRM, invoicing, projects, documents, HR and a client portal under one login, sold per seat. Clientish is built for service agencies with a team: clients buy from a catalogue in a branded portal, every purchase becomes an order with a brief and revision rounds, questions arrive as support tickets, and money is collected through the agency’s own payment accounts.

Quick answer: Agiled suits a small company that wants HR, expenses, booking and automations next to its client work, and is willing to pay per seat for them. Clientish suits agencies of three to fifty people that sell services again and again to the same clients and want a help desk, ordered delivery and their choice of payment provider without a large plan.

Agiled vs Clientish comparison: Agiled as CRM, finance, HR and a client portal priced per seat; Clientish with 5 people from $23, tickets on every plan, catalogue and orders, QuickBooks and Xero

Below we compare what a team pays at five sizes, how clients buy and pay, the portal itself, proposals and signatures, recurring billing, support, roles, automations, branding, time and accounting, apps and security. We then price one agency on both tools and explain how a move works. Every Agiled detail comes from its pricing matrix, product pages, documentation and changelog, all read on October 5, 2026.

Key Takeaways

Agiled relaunched on a new platform in 2026 and replaced its plans in late summer, so most third-party reviews and price lists describe a product that has changed. These five points reflect Agiled’s own pages today.

  • Seats decide the bill: Agiled includes 1, 3, 7 or 15 seats ($29, $69, $129 or $249 a month; $24, $59, $99 or $199 billed yearly) and charges $20 a month for each extra seat. Clientish plans hold 5, 15, 30 or 50 team members, starting at $29 a month ($23 on yearly billing).
  • Tickets: Agiled’s ticket module starts on Pro. Clientish has client tickets with first-reply targets and client ratings from Starter.
  • Selling services: Agiled sells a service through a checkout link, and its documentation lists no catalogue in use and no orders page. Clientish clients shop a catalogue with a cart, and each paid purchase becomes an order with a revision allowance.
  • Branding: Agiled offers your own domain and SMTP on Business, or as a $19 add-on ($15 yearly) on lower plans. Clientish brands the portal and sends mail through your SMTP on every plan, on a clientish.io subdomain.
  • Breadth: Agiled adds HRM, expenses, booking pages, wikis, mobile apps and 44 built-in apps. Clientish keeps to selling, delivery, billing and support.

Agiled vs Clientish at a Glance

This table puts the plan facts side by side so you can see where each one sits. The shaded column is Clientish; where an Agiled feature needs a particular plan, the plan is named.

Who This Comparison Is For

This guide is for agency owners of three to thirty people who are choosing between a broad business suite and a tool shaped around client delivery, and for teams on classic Agiled deciding whether to import into its new platform or move elsewhere.

If your company also needs leave requests, attendance, payroll records and a booking page, Agiled covers those in one subscription. If your week is mostly selling packages and retainers, delivering them in rounds and answering client questions, read the sections on cost per person, orders and tickets first.

Agiled in 2026: Pricing, Platform Changes, and User Concerns

Review sites give Agiled an average of about 4.7 out of 5, so the themes below come from a minority of reviewers rather than a general verdict:

  • The 2026 move to a new platform. Classic workspaces are imported once, and Agiled’s own guide says documents, proposals, wikis, forms and workflows are skipped and must be rebuilt. Some lifetime-deal buyers on AppSumo wrote about this in August and September 2026.
  • Support response. Some 2026 AppSumo reviews describe unanswered tickets, while Capterra reviewers rate customer service 4.7.
  • Features still listed as coming. The general ledger and financial statements are marked “Coming soon” on the Scale plan.
  • Cost per person. Past three or seven people, each seat adds $20 a month or forces a bigger plan.

Agiled Overview: Business Management Beyond Client Work

Agiled was started in 2019 by founders who ran their own agency, and it says more than 16,000 businesses in over 130 countries use it. In 2026 it rebuilt the product on a new web app, and its changelog for the new platform begins in July 2026.

Agiled Core Features:

  • CRM: contacts and accounts, one pipeline on Starter, three on Pro and unlimited from Business, plus web forms.
  • Finance: estimates, invoices with partial payments and schedules, recurring invoices, credit notes, expenses and multi-currency reports.
  • Projects and time: projects, tasks and timers on every plan, with timesheets approved by a manager.
  • Documents: proposals and contracts from templates, with ordered or parallel signing by several parties.
  • HRM: employees, departments, leave, holidays, attendance and salary history, from Pro.
  • Portal and apps: a client portal with payments, tickets, chat and booking; iOS, Android and desktop apps; 44 built-in integrations.

Plans run from Starter at $29 to Scale at $249 a month, with the full table in the pricing section. Clients and contacts do not count as seats.

Clientish Overview: Service Delivery and Client Operations

Clientish covers less ground on purpose. It takes the path an agency client follows, from proposal or purchase through payment, brief, delivery, revisions and support, and gives each step a screen for the client and a queue for the team.

Clientish Core Features:

All plan limits are on the Clientish pricing page.

How We Evaluated Agiled and Clientish

We followed a ten-person agency through an ordinary month: hiring a freelancer, sending a proposal, selling a package, collecting a deposit, delivering two rounds of changes, renewing retainers and answering client questions. For each step we recorded:

  • the cheapest Agiled plan where the feature appears
  • what the client sees and does
  • what the team needs to do by hand
  • the yearly cost for one, three, seven, fifteen and thirty people

Agiled facts come from agiled.app, its documentation site and its changelog, read on October 5, 2026; review themes come from Capterra, Trustpilot and AppSumo. Where Agiled’s pages disagree with each other, we say so or leave the point out.

Agiled vs Clientish Pricing and Team Limits

Winner: Clientish for any team of three or more: its plans include five to fifty people, while Agiled stops at 1, 3, 7 or 15 seats per plan and bills $20 a month for each added seat on Pro and up.

For one person the two cost almost the same; the difference grows with every hire.

Team pricing compared: Agiled includes 1, 3, 7 or 15 seats and charges $20 per extra seat a month; Clientish Starter covers 5 people for $276 a year, Growth 15 for $468, Pro 30 for $948

Annual Cost by Agency Size

Each row uses yearly billing and the lowest plan that gives the team client tickets and a branded portal, which on Agiled means Pro with the branding add-on or Business. Agiled does not state a yearly price for extra seats, so we used $20 a month.

TeamAgiledClientish
1 personStarter $288 (no tickets)Starter $276
3 peoplePro $708 + branding $180 = $888Starter $276
7 peopleBusiness $1,188Growth $468
15 peopleScale $2,388Growth $468
30 peopleScale + 15 seats, about $5,988Pro $948

Agiled Plan Limits and Feature Access

Starter allows 500 contacts, 10 projects, 100 invoices, 5 forms and 5 GB, with no tickets, automations, API or HRM. Pro removes the contact, project and invoice caps and adds tickets, HRM, wikis, 10 automations and the API. Business adds the branded portal, custom domain and SMTP, subscriptions, the checkout link, QuickBooks or Xero and 50 automations. Scale adds AI Workers and 250 automations. Agiled asks teams above fifteen people to talk to sales about an Enterprise plan.

Why Older Agiled Pricing May Be Outdated

From early 2024 until May 2026 Agiled sold a Free plan and paid plans at $25, $49 and $83 a month billed yearly, with extra users at $5 each. Many review sites still quote that model, or the $7 to $79 plans of 2023. You can price Clientish for your own team with a 14-day trial.

Service Sales and Order Management in Clientish & Agiled

Winner: Clientish for productised and repeat services, because clients can choose, pay and brief the work themselves, and the result is an order your team can track.

How a client buys decides how much of the sale the owner handles by hand.

Selling services compared: Agiled sends a checkout link per service on Business and up with no orders page; Clientish clients use a catalogue with cart and coupons, and each paid purchase becomes an order with a brief and capped change rounds

How a client buys from Agiled

Agiled’s Commerce module is on Business and Scale. Its documentation describes one public buying flow: copy a checkout link from a saved service and send it, and the customer pays and can fill in an intake form. Creating a project from the purchase is optional. The same page says the catalogue and standalone checkout-link flows are “not currently available” and that there is no separate orders page. We found no way for a client to request a revision.

How a client buys from Clientish

In the Clientish portal a client opens your services, adds one or more to a cart, enters a coupon if you issued one and checks out. The invoice is created at checkout; once it is paid, the order opens, goes to the team assigned to that service, and the client completes the intake form. Work is handed over on that order; the client either accepts it or spends one of the change rounds the service allows, and if they say nothing for seven days (or the period you pick) it counts as accepted.

Payments and Gateways

Winner: Clientish for agencies paid through Paddle, SSLCommerz or mobile wallets; both tools let you connect Stripe and PayPal, and Clientish adds no fee of its own on payments.

The gateway you can connect decides which clients can pay you online.

Payments compared: Agiled connects Stripe Connect, PayPal and Mollie with QuickBooks or Xero on Business and Scale; Clientish links Stripe, PayPal, Paddle or SSLCommerz plus manual bank, Wise, bKash, Nagad and Rocket

Agiled’s payment options

Agiled connects Stripe Connect, PayPal and Mollie for invoice pages, checkout links and paid bookings. Bank transfer, cash, cheque, wire and ACH are offline methods you record by hand, and its apps directory includes Wise for receiving international payments. Invoices support partial payments, payment schedules, credit notes and many currencies.

Clientish’s payment options

On Clientish, card and wallet payments land in your own Stripe, PayPal, Paddle or SSLCommerz account, and bank, Wise, bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfers are confirmed by hand once they arrive. The gateway sets the countries and currencies open to you. Clients may also load credit onto their account and use it to clear an invoice in full. Refunds, full or partial, are issued from the invoice.

Agiled vs Clientish Client Portal Experience

Winner: Clientish for clients who come back to buy again and need a clear view of each job; Agiled’s portal covers payments, tickets and chat too, but around projects rather than orders.

Both tools give clients a real portal, so the useful question is what they can start from it.

Inside the Agiled portal

Agiled’s portal page lists invoice payments, project visibility, support tickets, real-time chat, appointment booking, shared files and access control. Onboarding flows add welcome pages, questionnaires, file requests and checklists. Tasks shown to clients are read-only, and tickets need the Pro plan.

Inside the Clientish portal

A Clientish client lands on open orders, unpaid invoices and upcoming renewals. From there they buy from the catalogue, read each order’s brief and deliveries, approve work or ask for changes within the allowance, pay invoices, manage subscriptions (including cancelling, if you allow it), open tickets and, from Growth, chat with your team.

Where the difference shows

An agency that runs a few long projects a year will find Agiled’s project view enough. An agency selling monthly packages to dozens of clients gains the most from Clientish, because each purchase stands alone with its own status, brief and remaining revisions.

Proposals, Contracts and E-Signatures

Agiled suits contracts that need several people to sign in sequence; Clientish suits agencies that want one signature to create the client, the deposit invoice and the job with no retyping.

Getting a yes is half the job; what the software does with the signature is the other half.

Agiled Proposals and Contracts

Agiled builds proposals and contracts from templates with pricing tables, tracks views and signatures, protects links with a password and expiry date, and records the signer’s IP address. It supports several signers in order or in parallel, and typed signatures were added in August 2026. Proposals created in classic Agiled are not carried over by the platform import.

Clientish Proposals and Order Creation

A Clientish proposal can use one of eleven layouts and go out from anyone with the right permission. To accept, the client types a name and job title; the IP address is kept on file and a signed PDF is sent by email. That single acceptance gives the client a portal account, raises an invoice whose deposit (half, unless you set another share) is due first, and opens the order for delivery.

Subscriptions, Recurring Invoices, and Retainers

Agiled is the closer match when renewals must charge on their own through a gateway; Clientish fits retainers that carry monthly orders, revision limits and client-side cancellation.

Recurring revenue keeps an agency steady, so how each tool renews matters.

Agiled’s recurring invoices are generated and sent on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly schedule, and a template can bill through a Stripe or PayPal subscription instead. A separate Subscriptions module with plans and trials sits on Business and Scale. Clientish takes another route. When a subscription renews, the same invoice switches back to unpaid, and the client settles it from the portal with a card, a manual transfer or their stored balance; no card is debited without them. Each subscription is tied to a service, so the monthly work and its revision allowance renew with it.

Client Support and Ticket Management

Winner: Clientish, because every plan from $29 has a ticket desk with reply deadlines and client ratings, where Agiled’s tickets start on the $69 Pro plan.

Once a client list passes a few dozen, questions need a queue rather than an inbox.

Client support compared: Agiled tickets start on the Pro plan; Clientish includes a help desk on every plan with reply deadlines by priority, saved replies, private notes and client ratings

Agiled’s tickets have reference numbers, six statuses, priorities from low to urgent, internal notes, tags, custom fields and tasks created from a ticket, and clients can open and follow them from the portal. They log when a ticket was created, resolved and closed; we found no first-reply target and no client rating. A Clientish ticket starts with the client choosing how urgent it is, and that choice fixes when your first answer is due. Agents answer with canned responses, label the ticket, copy in a colleague or leave a private note, and after closing the client scores the support they got. Tickets can also be opened from an order, so the question stays next to the work.

Team Members, Roles and Freelancers Management

Winner: Clientish for teams that grow past three people or rely on freelancers, since seats are included in larger blocks and contractors get their own limited role.

Hiring is the point where per-seat pricing starts to show.

Teams in Agiled

Agiled seats one person on Starter, three on Pro, seven on Business and fifteen on Scale, and sells extra seats at $20 each a month from Pro. Every seat can track time, and Pro adds team scheduling and HRM records for staff. Agiled can also run several brands under one account, each billed separately.

Teams in Clientish

Clientish includes five, fifteen, thirty or fifty team members and sells extra seats as an add-on. Agencies build their own roles permission by permission, with presets such as support desk or team lead to start from. Growth and higher plans add remote members, outside contractors whose access is limited to what their remote role permits. Each member’s status is Pending, Approved or Hold, and only roles granted the right can view the app as another member.

Automations and Daily Workflow

Pick Agiled for a visual automation builder and AI agents; Clientish fits teams whose day runs on order statuses, revision rounds and ticket deadlines.

The two tools automate different parts of the week.

Agiled’s workflow tools

Agiled’s builder links triggers, conditions and actions, with 10 automations on Pro, 50 on Business and 250 on Scale, plus Smart Flows that take a visitor through a proposal, contract and payment. AI Workers are a Scale feature. Its September 2026 updates added a company-wide project timeline and task templates with dependencies.

How work moves in Clientish

Orders can be viewed as rows, as columns on a board or as cards; moving a card to another column moves the order to that stage. Staff attach tasks to the order they belong to, and a finished delivery waits for the client’s answer until the approval delay runs out. A global search finds orders, clients, invoices, tickets and messages in one box. There is no visual automation builder; webhooks and an API connect Clientish to Make or Zapier when you need more.

White-Label, Portal Branding, Custom Domain, and Email Identity

Go with Agiled when the portal address must be your own domain; Clientish covers the sender side, with every client message leaving your mail server from the first plan and your logo and colours in the portal.

Branding covers three things clients notice: the address, the look and the sender of each email.

Agiled’s brand customisation covers the portal design, a custom domain such as portal.yourdomain.com and custom SMTP. Business and Scale include it, and Starter or Pro customers can buy it as the Branded Client Portal add-on ($19 a month, $15 on yearly billing). Even the $29 Clientish plan shows your logo, colours and browser icon in the portal and sends all client mail via the SMTP server you enter. Clients reach it at a clientish.io subdomain; on Pro and Enterprise the footer credit to Clientish disappears.

Time Tracking, HR, Expenses, and Accounting

Winner: depends on who logs the hours. Agiled tracks time for every seat and adds HR records; Clientish lets clients approve the hours of remote members (from Growth) and connects QuickBooks and Xero.

Back-office features are where Agiled’s breadth is clearest.

Agiled includes timers, manual entries and timesheets on every plan, which a manager can approve and turn into invoices. From Pro its HRM module handles departments, leave, holidays, attendance, salaries and staff documents, and expenses are tracked on every plan. QuickBooks Online or Xero sync arrives on Business. In Clientish only remote members log time, against a client rather than a task, and the client approves the report before it is billed. Clientish has no HR or expense module, and it connects QuickBooks and Xero.

Apps, Languages and Integrations

Staff who work from phones are better served by Agiled, which also lets owners override interface text in supported locales; Clientish runs in English, in the browser.

Agencies with field staff should weigh this before choosing.

Agiled offers iOS and Android apps and a desktop app, though its own guide says not to expect every web feature in them. Owners can override interface text in supported languages, and 44 built-in apps include Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Calendly, Google Calendar, FreshBooks and Zoho Books, with an API, webhooks and Zapier from Pro. Clientish has no native app and one interface language. It connects QuickBooks, Xero and Google Calendar, and its webhooks and API cover the rest.

Security, Authentication, and Service Reliability

Winner: Clientish on published commitments. It publishes uptime targets and offers two-step sign-in; neither company holds its own SOC 2 report.

Before a client hands over files and payment details, it is fair for them to ask how the platform is protected.

Agiled’s security page lists TLS 1.2 or later, AES-256 encryption at rest, daily encrypted backups with point-in-time recovery, separate data per organisation and GDPR support, and says it is hosted in SOC 2 Type II certified data centres. We found no two-step sign-in for workspace users in its documentation, and no uptime figure. Agiled aims to answer support messages within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Signing in to Clientish can require a second code, sent by email or read from an authenticator app; too many wrong passwords lock the account, and keys and secrets are kept encrypted. Its service-level page sets uptime at 99.5% to 99.95% by plan, with first-reply times for its own support.

Features Agiled and Clientish Both Provide

Either tool can retire a mix of spreadsheets, email threads and separate invoicing apps, because both cover the basics an agency uses every week:

  • client logins with invoices to pay and tickets to raise
  • proposals with typed signatures and the signer’s IP recorded
  • one-off and recurring invoices paid through Stripe or PayPal
  • forms that collect a brief or onboarding details
  • permission settings for staff
  • a 14-day trial without a card

Limitations to Consider Before Choosing

A few needs fall outside both tools, and each one means planning for an extra app or a manual habit:

  • Proofing: clients cannot draw comments onto a design or a video frame in Clientish.
  • Accounting depth: Clientish relies on QuickBooks or Xero for the books, and Agiled’s general ledger is still marked “Coming soon”.
  • Compliance reports: neither company publishes its own SOC 2 report.
  • Own domain on Clientish: the portal stays on a clientish.io subdomain.

8-Person Web Agency Example: Agiled vs Clientish

A web design agency in Dhaka has six staff and two freelance developers, about 40 clients on monthly maintenance packages, and clients in Bangladesh, the UK and the Gulf who pay in different ways.

Running it on Agiled

Eight people means Business ($99 a month billed yearly, seven seats) plus one $20 seat, about $1,428 a year, or Scale at $2,388. Business brings the branded portal, tickets, subscriptions and checkout links. Online payments would run through Stripe Connect, PayPal or Mollie, and local clients paying by SSLCommerz, bKash or Nagad would be recorded as offline payments. Maintenance requests would arrive as tickets, and changes would be tracked inside projects.

Running it on Clientish

Growth ($39 a month billed yearly, $468 a year) seats fifteen people, so the six staff fit and the two developers join as remote members who log hours for client approval. Maintenance packages become subscriptions that reopen their invoice each month, with a set number of change rounds per order. Local clients pay through SSLCommerz or mark bKash and Nagad transfers, and overseas clients pay by PayPal or Stripe where the agency holds an account.

The call for this agency

Clientish costs about a third of Agiled Business here and fits the local payment mix. If the same agency wanted HR records, staff leave and a booking page in the same tool, Agiled would cover those and Clientish would not.

Pros, Cons and Who Each Tool Fits

Agiled fits: small companies that want HR, expenses and booking with their client work; teams of up to three on Pro; businesses that need their own domain or a phone app.

Clientish fits: agencies of three to fifty people; agencies selling packages and retainers to many clients; teams paid through PayPal, Paddle, SSLCommerz or local wallets; anyone who wants a help desk on the first plan.

How to Migrate from Agiled to Clientish

Agiled lets you export contacts and reports, which covers the records needed to begin. Classic Agiled users choosing between its new platform and another tool face a rebuild either way, because proposals, forms and workflows do not come across in Agiled’s own import.

Moving from Agiled to Clientish in four steps: export contacts, import clients, build services and forms, start subscriptions at each client's next billing date

What to export

Download the contact list from Agiled, paste the columns into the Clientish template (CSV, XLS or XLSX are accepted) and load it from Clients → Import. Hand the invoice and payment reports to your bookkeeper rather than importing them.

What to rebuild in Clientish

  • your packages as services, each with a price, a brief form and a cap on change rounds
  • proposal templates in one of the eleven styles
  • recurring invoices as subscriptions, starting from each client’s next billing date
  • roles for staff and remote members

Timing the switch

Stop each Agiled recurring invoice or gateway plan on the day its replacement subscription goes live in Clientish, which avoids double billing. Finish open Agiled projects there and start new orders in Clientish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to the questions people search for most about Agiled’s plans and limits, with the Clientish position where it is useful.

Yes. Plans include 1, 3, 7 or 15 seats and extra seats cost $20 each a month; clients and contacts are not counted. A Clientish plan covers between 5 and 50 team members.

Does Agiled still have a free plan?

The pricing page no longer shows a Free plan card, though its FAQ still mentions one. Agiled offers a 14-day trial with Business features and no card.

Which Agiled plan includes white-label?

Business and Scale include the branded portal, custom domain and SMTP; Starter and Pro can add them for $19 a month, or $15 billed yearly.

Does Agiled connect to QuickBooks or Xero?

Yes, on Business and Scale. Clientish connects both as well.

Which payment gateways does Agiled support?

Stripe Connect, PayPal and Mollie, plus offline methods recorded by hand.

Does Agiled still sell a lifetime deal?

Its AppSumo deal is sold out. Agiled’s site has a separate one-time offer page that the pricing page does not link to.

Is Agiled good for agencies?

It is a broad suite that agencies use, but tickets on Pro, branding on Business, per-seat pricing and no orders or revisions make it a closer fit for small companies than for growing delivery teams.

Agiled or Clientish: Which Is Better for Your Agency?

Agiled is a wide toolkit for a small company: CRM, invoices, projects, documents, HR and a client portal in one subscription, with apps for the phone and an add-on for your own domain. Its cost rises with each seat, and the client side is organised around projects rather than purchases.

Clientish serves agencies whose clients buy, brief, approve and ask questions over and over. It includes five people for $29 a month ($23 billed yearly), a ticket desk on that plan, orders with revision limits and gateways beyond Stripe and PayPal.

  • Agiled if you need HR, expenses and booking alongside client work and your team is small.
  • Clientish if you run a growing agency that sells services to many clients and supports them every week.

Start a 14-day Clientish trial, add your team and one service, and place a test order from a client account to see the full path.
