Agiled sells one subscription that covers a CRM, proposals, invoices, projects, HR records and a client portal, and in 2026 it launched a rebuilt platform that classic customers join by signing up again and importing their data. Agencies start shopping around for reasons that are easy to put a number on: each plan comes with a fixed count of seats, the ticket desk is missing from the entry plan, and a branded portal, accounting sync and subscriptions all sit on the $99 Business plan unless you buy an add-on for the branding.
Quick answer: For a service agency, the strongest Agiled alternative is Clientish: five team members on the $29 plan, client tickets from day one, a portal where clients buy from a catalogue and track every order, and card money that lands in whichever Stripe, PayPal, Paddle or SSLCommerz account the agency already holds. SuiteDash, Plutio and Bonsai are the closest like-for-like suites; HoneyBook, Dubsado and 17hats suit solo businesses that book and bill; Wayfront, ManyRequests, Zendo and Assembly suit productized selling; SuperOkay, Clinked, Moxo, Accelo and FuseBase cover narrower needs.

This guide explains where Agiled stops fitting an agency, how we chose 16 tools, each one’s price as of October 5, 2026, how every one compares with Agiled, and how to move your clients without a gap in service.
Key Takeaways
Agiled’s plans, seat prices and platform all changed during the summer of 2026, so most pages that compare it with other tools quote a version that is gone. These five points reflect what Agiled sells today.
- Seats come in fixed blocks. Starter covers one person, Pro three, Business seven and Scale fifteen, and on Pro and up every added seat is $20 a month. A Clientish plan bundles in 5, 15, 30 or 50 teammates.
- The ticket desk starts on Pro at $59 a month on yearly billing. On Clientish, even the $23 plan lets clients open tickets; each one gets a response deadline tied to its priority, and after closing it the client rates how it went.
- Branding, subscriptions and QuickBooks or Xero need Business ($99 a month yearly). Starter and Pro can buy the branding alone as a $19 add-on.
- There is no catalogue or orders page. Agiled’s own docs say clients buy through one checkout link per service, on Business and Scale only. In Clientish, clients fill a cart from a service list, and each purchase opens its own order.
- The 2026 relaunch left work behind. Classic Agiled’s one-time import leaves out proposals, forms and workflows, and 2026 reviews from lifetime-deal buyers describe slow support and accounting still marked “coming soon”.
Why Agencies Outgrow Agiled
Agiled’s founders built it in 2019 for their own agency, and few tools here reach into as many corners of a business. The friction for a growing agency comes from how that ground is split across plans and from a relaunch that changed the product under its users. Every point below rests on Agiled’s documentation unless we flag it as something reviewers report.
The Client Portal Is Split Across Plans
The old version of this article called Agiled’s portal thin. That is no longer fair: the vendor’s portal page promises paid invoices, a view of projects, help requests, live messaging, bookings and per-client permissions. The catch is where each piece lives. Tickets need Pro, and removing Agiled’s look from the portal needs Business or the $19 add-on, so the portal a client sees on Starter is a different thing from the one in Agiled’s marketing.
No Order Between the Sale and the Work
Agiled’s docs say “there is no separate Commerce > Orders page in the current app”, and the catalog and standalone checkout flows are “not currently available” to the public. A sale starts from one copied checkout link per service, project creation after purchase is optional, and we found no revision feature. Agencies that sell the same package every month end up stitching the sale, the brief and the delivery together by hand.
HR and CRM Scope You May Not Use
From Pro upward, Agiled adds HR (employees, leave, attendance, salaries), wikis, team scheduling and more pipelines. A company that runs its staff in Agiled gains from that; an agency that already pays for payroll software gets a longer menu to train new hires on. This point is our judgement, not a sourced fact.
Seats Make the Team the Expensive Part
Seven people fit on Business at $1,188 a year. An eighth person adds $240 a year, and a team of fifteen needs Scale at $2,388. The same fifteen people sit inside Clientish Growth at $468 a year, because team members are bundled into the plan rather than counted one by one.
Billing Features Wait for Business
Agiled’s recurring invoices generate and send themselves, which is more automatic than Clientish. Its Subscriptions module, commerce checkout and QuickBooks or Xero sync are marked for Business and Scale, and custom SMTP needs Business or the $19 add-on. Online money moves through Stripe Connect, Mollie or PayPal, and we found no coupon codes for clients or prepaid client balance.
The 2026 Relaunch and Its One-Time Import
Agiled moved to a new app at my.agiled.ai in 2026. Existing companies sign up again with the same email and run a one-time “legacy import”, and the docs list what does not come across: “docs and proposals, wikis, forms, and workflows… they should be rebuilt.” A team with dozens of proposal templates and intake forms has a migration to do whichever tool it picks next.
Support Complaints From Lifetime-Deal Buyers
This is a review theme. On AppSumo, where Agiled once sold a lifetime deal, several 2026 reviews describe unanswered tickets and features “gated behind migration”. Overall ratings stay around 4.7 to 4.8, and Agiled aims to reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
Accounting Still Marked “Coming Soon”
Agiled’s pricing page lists a general ledger and financial statements for Scale as “Coming soon”. One AppSumo reviewer wrote in September 2026 that accounting was already marked ‘coming soon’ in December 2024 and “it’s still not here”. An agency that needs a ledger today has to keep QuickBooks or Xero alongside, and Agiled connects those only from Business.
How We Chose These Alternatives
Our starting list came from the names that sit next to Agiled on comparison sites and in Google, plus the portals agencies trial before or after it. We then judged each one by an agency’s normal month: many clients, a shared team, repeat sales and questions after delivery. Our checks of each vendor’s plan page and help centre ran over October 4 and 5, 2026, and covered:
- Cost per person: who is included in the plan and what one more teammate costs.
- Money: whether invoices and payments are built in, and whose processor takes the payment.
- Client self-service: what a client can buy, pay, approve or ask for after signing in.
- Plan gates: which plan unlocks tickets, branding and accounting sync, the three places Agiled’s plans divide.
- Switching cost: what can be exported and how much has to be rebuilt.
Clientish publishes this guide. We rank it first because agencies that sell services are both its target market and the audience for this list. For the remaining fifteen we relied on what each vendor documents, and we name the shortfalls an agency would hit.
Agiled Alternatives at a Glance
Every row gives the cheapest paid tier twice: billed month to month, then the monthly equivalent when paid annually, taken from vendor sites during October 2026’s first week. Agiled’s row is included so you can read every tool against it.
| Tool | From (monthly / yearly) | Team included | Own payment processor | Client tickets | Trial |
| Clientish | $29 / $23 | 5, 15, 30 or 50 people | Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, SSLCommerz, manual | Every plan | 14 days |
| Agiled | $29 / $24 | 1, 3, 7 or 15 seats; extra $20 | Stripe Connect, PayPal, Mollie | Pro and up | 14 days |
| SuiteDash | $19 / $15 | Unlimited | Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.Net, PayPal | Pinnacle only | 14 days |
| Plutio | $19 / about $15 | Solo on Core; 30 on Pro | Stripe, PayPal, Square | No ticket module | 7 days |
| Bonsai | $15 / $9 per user | Every user paid | Bonsai Payments, Stripe, PayPal | Not found | 7 days |
| HoneyBook | $36 / $29 | Owner only; owner + 2; unlimited | No, HoneyBook processes | No | 30 days |
| Dubsado | $35 / $335 a year | Owner + 3 free users | Dubsado Payments, Square, PayPal | Not found | 21 days |
| 17hats | $60 / $600 a year | A few; extra $5 each | Stripe or Square | — | 7 days |

| ManyRequests | $59 / $39 | 1 seat; extra $20 | Stripe, manual | Requests as tickets | 14 days |
| Zendo | Free; then $29 / $25 | 1 user; extra from $8 | Stripe, bank transfer | Request types | 14 days |
| Assembly | Free; then $49 / $29 | 1 user; 3 on Professional | No, Assembly is the merchant | No native desk | Free plan |
| SuperOkay | Free; then about $12 / $9 | 0, 3 or unlimited | No billing (pay link) | No | Free plan |
| Clinked | $11 per user | Per user, then 100+ members | No billing | No | 14 days |
| Moxo | $5,000 a year | Unlimited seats | Payment steps in flows | Not found | On request |
| Accelo | Quote only | By quote | Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal | Yes | Demo |
| FuseBase | Free; then about $39 / $32 | 1, 5 or 50 members | No billing | Not found | 14 days |
On Bonsai, invoicing, contracts and the portal first appear in Essentials, priced at $25 a head on monthly terms, or $19 a head when billed for the year. The SuperOkay and FuseBase pairs are read from toggles that do not label which figure is yearly, so treat them as approximate.
What a Five- or Ten-Person Agency Pays
Because Agiled sells seats in blocks, headcount drives the bill. Below, each tool is priced at the lowest tier that seats everyone and gives clients a portal (with billing, if the product has any). The numbers below are annual list prices, noted across October 4 and 5 of 2026.

| Tool | 5 people, per year | 10 people, per year |
| Clientish | Starter: $276 | Growth: $468 |
| Agiled | Business: $1,188 | Business + 3 seats: $1,908 |
| SuiteDash | Start: $180 (tickets need Pinnacle, $960) | Start: $180 (tickets need Pinnacle, $960) |
| Plutio | Pro: about $468 | Pro: about $468 |
| Bonsai | Essentials for 5 users: $1,140 | Essentials for 10 users: $2,280 |
| HoneyBook | Premium: $1,308 | Premium: $1,308 |
| Dubsado | Premier + 4–10 user tier: $825 | Premier + 4–10 user tier: $825 |
| 17hats | $600 a year plus $5 a month per extra user; the included user count and the plan with the portal are unclear on its pages | |
| Wayfront | Base: $1,188 | Base + 5 seats: $2,268 |
| ManyRequests | Core + 4 seats: $1,188 | Core + 9 seats: $2,088 |
| Zendo | Core + 4 users: about $684 | Core + 9 users: about $1,164 |
| Assembly | Professional + 2 users: $1,884 | Professional + 7 users: $3,624 |
| SuperOkay | Business: about $1,344 | Business: about $1,344 |
| Clinked | Start Up × 5: $660 | Start Up × 10: $1,320 |
| Moxo | Team: $5,000 | Team: $5,000 |
| Accelo | Quote only | Quote only |
| FuseBase | Essentials: about $984 | Advanced: about $3,192 |
How the sums work: Agiled Business is $99 a month yearly for seven seats, and ten people add three $20 seats ($720 a year; no yearly seat discount is stated). Pro with two extra seats also totals $1,188 for five people, minus the branded portal. Assembly adds $29 a month per user past Professional’s three. Annual Wayfront and ManyRequests plans price each added seat at $18 and $15, Zendo lists $8 a month per extra Core user, and Dubsado’s cheaper plan allows no more than three added users. Clinked is its $11 monthly per-user rate; SuperOkay and FuseBase use the smaller figure on each page.
The 16 Best Agiled Alternatives for Agencies
After Clientish, entries 2 to 4 are the suites most often weighed against Agiled, 5 to 7 serve solo businesses that book and bill, 8 to 11 sell productized services through a portal, and 12 to 16 are portals without billing or heavier specialist platforms. Every entry starts with how it differs from Agiled.
1. Clientish: The Agency Portal for Repeat Sales, Orders and Support
Clientish covers the part of Agiled that agencies use every day (clients, sales, billing and the portal) and leaves out HR and expenses. The intended buyer is an agency doing marketing, design, SEO, web or content work, where a large share of clients reorder identical services month after month and several people split the delivery.

Compared with Agiled: a five-person team spends $276 a year against $1,188, the help desk is included from the first tier rather than Pro, and clients pick services from a portal catalogue rather than one checkout link each. Agiled stays ahead on its own custom domain, renewals that charge without the client, phone apps and HR.
Key features (where it goes further than Agiled):
- Team members bundled into each plan: the four tiers seat five, fifteen, thirty and fifty people in turn, each person with permissions you set, and more seats on sale when you outgrow them. Clients never use a team seat. In Agiled, a fourth colleague already means paying for a seat.
- A portal built around what the client bought: clients sign in to a dashboard showing what’s open, what’s due and what’s next, and from the portal they can order again, approve a delivery or open a ticket.
- A catalogue with cart and coupons: each service has its price, coupon codes and intake form. Checkout produces the invoice; payment releases the order; the intake form follows. Agiled has no catalogue or cart.
- Orders with a revision limit: each job keeps the client’s brief, the files you hand over and a count of edit rounds left under that service’s limit. If the client stays silent, a delivery counts as approved once seven days pass (the delay is adjustable), and staff can attach tasks to each order.
- Tickets from the $29 plan: each priority level sets its own first-reply deadline, agents get canned responses, tags and private staff annotations, and closing a ticket invites a rating from the client. Agiled’s tickets need Pro and we found no reply target or rating there.
- Gateways beyond Stripe and PayPal: cards are charged through the one you connect of Stripe, PayPal, Paddle or SSLCommerz, and staff confirm bank, Wise, bKash, Nagad and Rocket transfers by hand. Clients can also pay from a balance. Clientish adds no fee, and where you can be paid is set by the gateway you choose.
- Proposals that open the job: eleven designs and a typed signature, the signer’s IP is saved and a signed PDF sent by email. Once signed, it sets up the client’s account, the order, and a single invoice with the deposit due up front (50% unless you change it).
- Hours the client signs off: on Growth and higher, remote staff log hours against a client, who signs off the hours before any invoice goes out. Agiled’s timesheets go to a manager, not the client.
- QuickBooks and Xero: both connect, alongside webhooks and an API, and Make or Zapier work through the webhooks. Agiled keeps its accounting sync for Business and Scale.
- Your brand without an add-on: your logo, colours and favicon appear in the portal, and messages to clients leave through your SMTP server, on any plan. “Powered by Clientish” disappears on Pro and Enterprise.
Limits for agencies: Nothing gets debited from a stored card when a renewal comes due: each cycle, the first invoice reopens and sits there until the client settles it. You will not find a booking calendar, a phone app, HR or expenses, the interface is in English alone, and clients reach the portal through a clientish.io subdomain. Growth is the lowest tier that opens up remote members plus leads and live chat.
| Pros | Cons |
| Five to fifty team members by plan | Clients pay each renewal themselves |
| Client tickets with reply deadlines on every plan | No booking calendar or mobile app |
| Catalogue, cart, orders and revision limits | English interface only |
| Paddle, SSLCommerz and wallet transfers alongside Stripe and PayPal | clientish.io subdomain, no HR or expenses |
Price: monthly billing runs $29 for Starter, $49 for Growth, $99 for Pro and $149 for Enterprise; paying annually brings those to $276, $468, $948 and $1,428 a year (per month, those annual totals equal $23, $39, $79 and $119). Below Enterprise, each tier limits how many new clients you add a month; all four carry the portal, billing, the help desk and proposals. Start the 14-day free trial with no card.
2. SuiteDash: One Price for Any Number of Users
SuiteDash is a suite Agiled is often compared with, and Agiled even runs its own comparison page against it. Both bundle CRM, projects, invoices and portals, but SuiteDash charges one account price however many staff and clients you add, and even its $19 tier hides SuiteDash’s name and runs on a domain you own.
Compared with Agiled: SuiteDash removes the seat count and the branding add-on entirely, but it moves the ticket desk further up: tickets need Pinnacle at $99 a month, where Agiled opens them on Pro at $69.
Key features: Every client gets a personal portal dashboard reached by magic link; billing covers estimates, invoices and recurring plans that bill a card on file via Authorize.Net, Braintree or Stripe, while PayPal handles single payments only. Thrive adds client live chat and deal pipelines; Pinnacle adds tickets, the full automation set and onboarding flows. Courses, email marketing, booking and a branded progressive web app round it out.
Limits for agencies: Reviewers grumble most often about how long setup takes, and SuiteDash will sell you a $299 kickstart build or $50 guided sessions. QuickBooks Online syncs one way, Xero is still on the roadmap, and extras such as VIP support ($50 a month) cost more. We found no per-order revision limit.
| Pros | Cons |
| Unlimited staff and clients from $19 | Tickets and automations only on Pinnacle |
| Own domain and white-label on every plan | Long setup; paid onboarding offered |
| Courses, email marketing and booking built in | No Xero yet; QuickBooks sync one way |
Price: Start is $19 monthly or $180 for a year; Thrive is $49 monthly or $480 yearly; Pinnacle is $99 monthly or $960 yearly. 14-day trial on Pinnacle, no card required.
3. Plutio: The Same Tools on Every Plan, in 34 Languages
Plutio gives each plan an identical toolset (projects, proposals, contracts, invoices, booking pages, client portal) and varies mainly contributor counts, active clients and usage limits such as automations and storage. That is the reverse of Agiled, which unlocks features plan by plan.
Compared with Agiled: a team of up to 30 contributors fits on Pro for about $39 a month yearly, against Agiled’s three seats on its Pro plan, and a branded portal on your own domain comes as a $9 add-on rather than $19.
Key features: Each client signs in with a personal account to see shared projects, files, invoices and conversations. Plutio takes no cut when clients pay through Stripe, Square or PayPal, and recurring plans may bill a saved card every cycle. There are native apps for iOS, Android, Mac and Windows, 34 interface languages, and a REST API plus webhooks without a plan gate.
Limits for agencies: Core stops at a single user and nine active clients, which pushes any team onto Pro. Plutio has no ticket module and no service catalogue or cart that we found (clients buy through proposals or payment forms), no native QuickBooks or Xero, automations are metered by the month, and Trustpilot shows 2.9 out of 5 from 82 reviews.
| Pros | Cons |
| 30 contributors on the $49 Pro plan | No ticket module or service cart found |
| Apps for phone and desktop, 34 languages | No native QuickBooks or Xero |
| $9 white-label add-on with your own domain | Core limited to one person and nine active clients |
Price: Core is $19 monthly, roughly $15 when paid annually; Pro is $49, roughly $39 annually; Max is $199, roughly $159 annually. 7-day free trial.
4. Bonsai: Project Planning With Per-User Billing
Bonsai sells to agencies and consultancies (“Over 5,000 agencies and consultancies”), and it still trades under its own name after Zoom’s December 2025 acquisition. Its project side adds Gantt charts and task dependencies from Essentials, workload views from Premium and resourcing on Elite.
Compared with Agiled: rather than selling seats in blocks, it bills each user at the plan’s rate, which puts a five-person team on Essentials at $1,140 yearly; clients open its portal from an emailed link instead of logging into an account.
Key features: Essentials unlocks proposals, contracts, billing, forms, booking and the portal, where each client checks invoices, adds files and watches progress. Subscription invoices charge saved cards, and Premium adds client messaging, automations and QuickBooks, plus removal of Bonsai’s branding.
Limits for agencies: Basic lacks invoices and the portal, so most teams start on Essentials. Its in-house processor serves only America, Britain, Canada and Australia; elsewhere you use Stripe (not in India) or PayPal, which carry a 1% surcharge inside those four markets. Payouts reach a new account after 7 to 10 business days, a custom domain is listed only as “expected in 2026”, and no client ticket desk turned up.
| Pros | Cons |
| Gantt, dependencies and workload views | Every person is a paid seat |
| Subscription invoices charge saved cards | Portal by email link, no client accounts |
| Stripe usable outside its own processor’s countries | Extra 1% fee and slow first payouts |
Price: charged per person monthly at $15 for Basic, $25 for Essentials, $39 for Premium and $59 for Elite (which needs three users), falling to $9, $19, $29 and $49 with annual payment. 7-day trial.
5. HoneyBook: Bookings and Contracts for a Small Studio
HoneyBook packages a proposal, contract and invoice into one link a client opens and pays, which suits photographers, planners and solo creatives. It reaches agencies from the opposite side to Agiled: it is built around the first booking, with no ticket desk or order flow after it.
Compared with Agiled: HoneyBook is itself the payment processor, so you cannot connect Stripe, PayPal or Mollie as you can in Agiled, and it signs up businesses based in four countries only: America, Canada, Britain and Australia.
Key features: Proposals, e-signed contracts, invoices with autopay, a client portal, a scheduler and a phone app on every plan. Stepping up to Essentials adds automations, a QuickBooks Online link, expense tracking and standard reports, and strips HoneyBook’s branding; advanced reports wait on Premium.
Limits for agencies: Starter allows zero team members, Essentials seats three people (the owner plus two), and a fourth person pushes you to Premium, $109 monthly on yearly terms. Clients get no ticket queue, Xero is not connected, and HoneyBook’s Time Tracker was discontinued after September 7, 2026. In the US, online card payments start at 2.9% plus 25 cents.
| Pros | Cons |
| Proposal, contract and invoice in one link | HoneyBook is the only processor |
| 30-day trial and a phone app | Four countries only |
| Scheduler included on every plan | Four or more people need Premium |
Price: Starter lists at $36 per month, Essentials at $59 and Premium at $129; on a yearly plan the monthly figures fall to $29, $49 and $109. 30-day free trial.
6. Dubsado: Workflow Builders With Three Free Users
Dubsado serves the same small service businesses as HoneyBook, selling forms, proposals, contracts and invoices with a built-in scheduler, and version 3.0 added a node-based automation builder called Flows. For a small team it is cheaper per head than Agiled, because three extra users come free.
Compared with Agiled: a four-person team pays nothing for seats on Dubsado, where Agiled would charge for a fourth seat on Pro; and a custom domain with no Dubsado branding comes without a separate branding add-on.
Key features: You get Flows, project boards in Kanban or table layout, one account-wide time tracker, a portal in your branding, and recurring invoices that can require autopay. Money comes in through Square, PayPal or Dubsado’s own Stripe-based processor. Premier adds the scheduler, Flows, QuickBooks and Xero, and extra brands cost $10 a month each.
Limits for agencies: After three extra users, a 4–10 user tier costs $25 a month, rising to $45 and $60 for larger teams. New sign-ups since December 1, 2025 pay the current rates, up from the earlier $20 and $40. We found no client ticket queue in its help centre, and outside reviewers estimate 15 to 25 hours of setup.
| Pros | Cons |
| Three extra users at no cost | Prices rose for new customers in December 2025 |
| Own domain and hidden branding | Scheduler, Flows and accounting on Premier |
| 21-day trial with Premier features | No ticket desk found |
Price: Starter costs $35 monthly ($335 annually) and Premier $55 monthly ($525 annually). 21-day trial, no card.
7. 17hats: Bookkeeping Where Agiled’s Ledger Is Still Promised
17hats puts quotes, contracts, questionnaires, invoices, booking and bookkeeping in one app for small service businesses. The bookkeeping is the interesting part next to Agiled, whose general ledger is still listed as “Coming soon”.
Compared with Agiled: 17hats offers transaction categories, a profit-and-loss report and, for $5 a month extra, a daily bank feed, while its included user count is unclear on its own pages (extra users are $5 a month) and it has no Xero link.
Key features: Inside its portal a client can approve a quote, e-sign, answer a questionnaire or settle an invoice, though not upload files. Stripe and Square handle payments and automatic repeat billing, QuickBooks Online receives data one way, and free phone apps send alerts.
Limits for agencies: Its pricing page promises “all features” across three billing options, yet the comparison grid locks some by level, and the site disagrees with itself on how many users come included (each extra one is $5 a month). No custom domain is documented, and there is no Xero integration.
| Pros | Cons |
| Bookkeeping and P&L in the same app | User count unclear on its own pages |
| Phone apps, free even on the free CRM | No Xero; QuickBooks sync one way |
| A $0 CRM tier with four invoices a quarter | No file uploads for clients in the portal |
Price: just one plan, priced at $60 monthly, $600 per year or $800 per two-year term; a first-year deal was on offer when we looked on October 5, 2026. Limited free plan and a 7-day trial.
8. Wayfront: A Cart and Orders Where Agiled Has a Checkout Link
Wayfront (the product formerly sold as Service Provider Pro, renamed in February 2026) is an agency portal for packaged services and retainers. It fills the exact gap Agiled’s docs admit to: clients add services to a cart, and each checkout creates a tracked order.
Compared with Agiled: clients shop a cart rather than open a single link, and your own domain comes with the entry plan, and Wayfront advertises full white-label from Base (one help article still mentions a little “Powered by Wayfront” link), but the entry plan costs $99 a month yearly and we found no proposals.
Key features: Variants and add-ons, discount codes, Stripe or PayPal checkout, post-payment intake forms, order statuses, a helpdesk with tags, staff notes and ratings, account balances, and Stripe subscriptions that renew on their own. Time tracking and sales pipelines are on Base, and the portal ships in seven languages.
Limits for agencies: Five seats come with Base; each additional one costs $20 monthly or $18 on yearly billing. Pro is required for client coworkers and Make, the API is sold as a paid extra on Pro alone, and live chat works only via Intercom. Payments are limited to Stripe, PayPal, manual entries and the account balance.
| Pros | Cons |
| Cart, orders and coupons | $99 a month entry price on yearly billing |
| Own domain on Base | No proposals or quotes found |
| Helpdesk with ratings and staff notes | API is a paid add-on on Pro |
Price: Base $129 a month ($99 yearly), Pro $299 ($249 yearly), Plus by quote. 14-day trial, no card.
9. ManyRequests: Requests and Proofing for Creative Subscriptions
ManyRequests targets studios that sell design or video by subscription and handle the work as a stream of client requests. It adds proofing on images, PDFs and videos, which we did not find in Agiled, and it charges for every person after the first.
Compared with Agiled: one seat is included against Agiled’s three on Pro, but a custom domain comes on every plan, and clients can buy from a catalogue that Agiled does not offer.
Key features: Custom order forms sit beside a catalogue, requests arrive by form or by email, images, PDFs and video can be annotated, and completed requests can be rated. Billing handles Stripe subscriptions, one-off services, hourly or credit plans and client balances, while PayPal, Wise or bank payments are marked paid by hand. The portal runs in nine languages.
Limits for agencies: Beyond the first seat, Core charges $20 and Pro $30 per teammate monthly, or $15 and $25 per teammate on annual billing. Requests do the job of tickets, with no first-reply targets found. Proposals, contracts and any QuickBooks or Xero sync are missing, while webhooks and API access sit behind Pro.
| Pros | Cons |
| Proofing on images, PDFs and video | One seat included |
| Own domain on every plan | No reply-time targets on requests |
| Hourly, credit and subscription billing | No proposals or accounting sync |
Price: Core costs $59 per month ($39 on annual terms) and Pro $99 ($79 on annual terms), while Enterprise starts from $1,000 monthly. 14-day free trial, no card.
10. Zendo: A Free Storefront to Test Productized Selling
Zendo offers a $0 tier, so it is the lowest-risk way on this list to test selling packaged services from a catalogue, the model Agiled leaves out. It sells one-off, subscription and custom services from a storefront visitors can browse before signing up.
Compared with Agiled: Zendo starts at $0 and has a public storefront, while Agiled starts at $24 a month yearly with a checkout link on Business only; each Zendo plan includes a single internal user.
Key features: Visitors browse services before registering, checkout runs in steps with add-ons, and subscriptions support trials and pausing. Payments use Stripe or manual bank transfer with no Zendo fee, Request Types stand in for tickets and onboarding, and the portal speaks 12 languages.
Limits for agencies: Each added user is $8 a month on Core, $17 on Agency and $12.50 on Pro. A custom domain needs Pro, the “Powered by Zendo” badge only goes away on the Agency tier, no QuickBooks or Xero link is listed, and the public API remains marked “coming soon”. PayPal is also listed as coming soon.
| Pros | Cons |
| $0 tier covering three clients | One internal user on each plan |
| Public storefront and multi-step checkout | Badge removal only on Agency |
| 12 portal languages | No accounting integrations listed |
Price: Essential costs nothing; paid tiers are Core at $29 ($25 annually), Pro at $59 ($49 annually) and Agency at $99 ($79 annually), all per month. 14-day trial of Pro, no card.
11. Assembly: A Branded Client Experience Where Assembly Takes the Payment
Assembly, known as Copilot until its 2025 rebrand, added an AI app builder in August 2026 that builds custom apps inside its client portal. Next to Agiled, it has a service store and a free plan, but it handles the money itself.
Compared with Agiled: Agiled lets you connect Stripe Connect, PayPal or Mollie, while Assembly is the merchant through Stripe Connect Express, layers platform fees on top, and settles only into bank accounts held in four countries (America, Britain, Canada, Australia).
Key features: Since June 2025 a Store can list 4 subscription offers and 12 single packages, and buyers become clients on their own. Recurring plans bill a card on file or ACH, a Tasks app handles templates and client-assigned work, and Professional removes the badge and adds your own portal and email domains. The company reports SOC 2 Type II audits; two-factor sign-in is available on every tier.
Limits for agencies: Pricing counts internal users (1, 1, 3 and 5) and active contacts (5, 50, 500 or unlimited), with extra users at $29 to $79 a month, and platform fees on invoices and subscriptions cannot be passed to clients. Only Admin and Staff roles exist, and there is no native ticket desk or mobile app.
| Pros | Cons |
| Service store, plus a $0 tier | No processor of your own; platform fees |
| Badge removal and own domain on Professional | Payouts to four countries only |
| SOC 2 Type II audits stated | Two team roles; contact caps per plan |
Price: a $0 tier, then Starter at $49 monthly ($29 if annual), Professional at $139 ($99 annual), Advanced at $599 ($499 annual) and a quoted Enterprise tier. A free-forever plan stands in for a trial.
12. SuperOkay: Files and Approvals Without Invoices
SuperOkay sets up a branded space per project where clients find files, fill in documents, work on tasks and approve deliverables. It has none of Agiled’s finance side, which is the main thing to know before switching.
Compared with Agiled: there are no invoices, payments or subscriptions at all; a Packaged Services page can only carry a button that links to the payment provider you already use.
Key features: Clients sign in by password or magic link and work through fill-in documents with an approval button, tasks, chat and embedded tools such as Figma or Miro. Each project portal can wear the client’s own logo and colours.
Limits for agencies: Teammates arrive with Solo+, which allows three; Business lifts the cap. Your own domain and a fully unbranded portal also wait for those two tiers. We found no tickets, recurring billing, accounting integrations or mobile app, and the yearly and monthly prices are not labelled on its pricing page.
| Pros | Cons |
| One project free, no card | No invoicing or payments |
| Interactive documents with approvals | Teams need Solo+ or Business |
| Embeds almost any web app | No tickets or accounting links |
Price: A free tier, then Solo, Solo+ and Business at roughly $9, $29 and $112 per month on what looks like annual billing, or roughly $12, $38 and $146 month to month.
13. Clinked: Compliance-Grade File Sharing
Clinked is a secure portal for files, tasks and conversation, used by firms in finance, legal and accounting as well as agencies. Its strength is control over documents, and it carries no billing of any kind.
Compared with Agiled: where Agiled pairs its portal with invoices and a CRM, Clinked swaps those for compliance credentials (ISO 27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials) and file controls such as version history and approvals.
Key features: Files of up to 5 GB each, upload requests to outsiders, document sign-off with markup, in-browser editing, chat, tasks and calendars, and e-signing through DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign. Phone apps come with every plan, your own domain with Standard.
Limits for agencies: Billing, a service list and a help desk are all absent from its feature pages. Start Up bills $11 per user per month up to a ceiling of 25 people, after which Standard jumps to $239 monthly covering 100 members. Enterprise is the only tier with single sign-on, and putting your own brand on the mobile app takes Enterprise or a paid add-on.
| Pros | Cons |
| ISO 27001 and a long compliance list | No invoicing or payments |
| File approvals and version control | SSO only on Enterprise |
| Phone apps on every plan | Big price jump after Start Up |
Price: Start Up at $11 monthly per head, Standard at $239 monthly, Premium at $599 monthly or $479 on annual terms, and Enterprise quoted. 14-day trial.
14. Moxo: Guided Processes for Approval-Heavy Clients
Moxo runs client work as guided flows where each party works through steps (sign-offs, forms, document requests, signatures, payment) with AI steps on every plan and AI agents on Scale. It suits multi-party processes far more than Agiled’s project boards do.
Compared with Agiled: Moxo prices by flows run a year rather than by seats, with unlimited seats from $5,000 a year, roughly four times the cost of Agiled Business for a seven-person team.
Key features: You map a flow and give each step to a role, or describe the process in a sentence and let Moxo’s AI draft it. Clients enter by magic link, or through a branded portal on Scale, and Moxo states SOC 2 Type II certification. Branching, loops, own-domain portals, SSO, the API and the audit log all belong to Scale.
Limits for agencies: For $5,000, the Team plan includes 100 flows annually; Scale pricing comes by quote. Payments exist only as a step inside a flow, with no invoice or subscription module that we could find, no priced service catalogue and no client ticket queue, and a trial has to be arranged with sales.
| Pros | Cons |
| Unlimited seats on every plan | $5,000 a year to start |
| SOC 2 Type II stated | Branching and audit log only on Scale |
| Approvals, e-signatures and file requests in one flow | No invoicing module found |
Price: the Team plan is $5,000 annually and allows 100 flows; Scale and Enterprise are quoted. Trial on request.
15. Accelo: Retainers, Tickets and Time for Established Firms
Accelo, now merged with Forecast, is PSA (professional services automation) software that tracks time and budget across projects, retainers and support work. It is the heaviest tool here and the only one sold purely through quotes.
Compared with Agiled: Accelo adds retainer periods that renew automatically, time logged on tickets and invoices drawn from project activity, but there is no public price and no self-serve trial, where Agiled shows prices and offers 14 days free.
Key features: Approved quotes spin up projects, retainers renew their periods automatically, tickets carry logged time, invoices draw on project work, and clients pay through Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.net links. QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce and Jira connect, and staff get phone apps.
Limits for agencies: Pricing is “based on your team size and growth goals”, rollout takes weeks, and there is no catalogue or checkout for clients. Reviewers mention a steep learning curve and a high cost for small teams.
| Pros | Cons |
| Retainers, tickets and time in one record | No published price or trial |
| QuickBooks, Xero and a long integration list | Weeks to implement |
| Client sign-offs in the portal | No client catalogue or checkout |
Price: custom quote by team size. Demo on request.
16. FuseBase: Portals Inside a Shared Knowledge Workspace
FuseBase (the Nimbus product under a new name) puts client portals inside a team workspace of documents, task lists and AI agents. Agencies that liked Agiled’s wikis may find its document side familiar, but it has no finance features.
Compared with Agiled: FuseBase drops invoices and payments altogether, and its white-label with your own domain starts on Advanced, a higher bar than Agiled’s $19 add-on.
Key features: Magic-link access for clients, shared files, joint action plans and task lists, chat, surveys and forms, native e-signing, recorded meetings with notes, plus AI agents and automation runs metered by plan. A Zapier connection and embeds such as Google Drive are available.
Limits for agencies: No invoicing, payments, catalogue or ticket desk was found. The Essentials tier tops out at 100 clients and five members; more members need a sales conversation, and every portal beyond the allowance is $20 monthly. The yearly and monthly figures on its pricing page are not labelled, so the prices below are approximate.
| Pros | Cons |
| Portals plus a document workspace | No invoices or payments |
| E-signatures and forms built in | White-label from Advanced only |
| Free plan and a 14-day trial | Extra members priced on request |
Price: a free tier, then roughly $32 to $39 a month for Solo, $82 to $99 for Essentials and $266 to $399 for Advanced (the lower number in each pair looks like the annual rate), with Unlimited quoted. 14-day trial.
Cheapest Agiled Alternatives
Agiled’s Starter is $24 a month yearly for one person without tickets, so “cheaper” depends on how many people you have and whether clients need a help desk. Each row below names the least expensive fit for one situation, using annual prices where a vendor offers them.
| Situation | Lowest-cost option | Cost per year | Agiled for the same need |
| Trying a portal alone, for free | Zendo Essential, SuperOkay Free or FuseBase Free | $0, with tight limits | No Free card on its pricing page |
| One person with invoices and a portal | SuiteDash Start or Plutio Core | About $180 | Starter: $288 |
| Three people with client tickets | Clientish Starter | $276 | Pro: $708 |
| Five people with tickets and a branded portal | Clientish Starter | $276 | Business: $1,188 |
| Ten people with tickets and a branded portal | Clientish Growth | $468 | Business + 3 seats: $1,908 |
| Any team size, no tickets needed | SuiteDash Start | $180 | Seats priced per block |
None of the free plans holds a working agency: On the free tier, Zendo allows one user handling three clients, SuperOkay one project, FuseBase a single portal.
What Your Clients See in Each Tool
Whatever a client cannot do in the portal turns into an email to your team, so the table shows the door each client walks through and the jobs they can finish without contacting you. Agiled’s row reflects the plan where each feature unlocks.

Why Agencies Choose Clientish Over Agiled
Agiled suits a company that wants HR, a CRM and client work under one login. An agency whose growth comes from more clients, more repeat orders and more people sharing the work tends to land on Clientish, and this side-by-side shows why.
| Agiled | Clientish | |
| People included | 1, 3, 7 or 15 seats; $20 per extra seat | 5, 15, 30 or 50 team members |
| Five-person team, per year | Business: $1,188 | Starter: $276 |
| Client tickets | From Pro; no reply target or rating found | Every plan, with reply deadlines and ratings |
| How clients buy | One checkout link per service (Business) | Catalogue, cart and coupons |
| After the sale | Optional project; no orders page | An order with brief, deliveries and revision limit |
| Branded portal and email | Business, or $19 add-on | Every plan (clientish.io subdomain) |
| Gateways | Stripe Connect, PayPal, Mollie, offline | Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, SSLCommerz, bank, Wise, bKash, Nagad, Rocket |
| QuickBooks and Xero | Business and Scale | Both connect |
| Contractor hours | Manager approves timesheets | Client approves remote members’ hours (Growth) |
| Sign-in security | User 2FA not documented | 2FA by email code or authenticator app |
| Renewals | Generated and sent automatically, or a gateway subscription | Client pays the reopened invoice |
| HR, expenses and phone apps | Yes | No |
Agiled keeps the edge on its own custom domain, renewals that bill without the client stepping in, phone and desktop apps, translation overrides and HR. Clientish leads on people per plan, help desk, ordering and payment choice. Move one Agiled retainer into a 14-day Clientish trial and compare a full billing cycle before you decide.
Is Agiled Still Worth It in 2026?
It can be, if your business looks like the one Agiled was built for. A company of up to seven people that wants HR, leave and attendance next to its CRM and invoices, values phone apps and wants renewals to bill themselves will find Business at $99 a month yearly covers a lot.
The case weakens if your revenue comes from repeat packages across a long client list, if clients need a help desk below Pro, or if you will pass seven or fifteen people. Teams still on classic Agiled face rebuilding proposals, forms and workflows anyway, and that rebuild can happen in a tool made for agency work.
Which Agiled Alternative Fits Your Agency?
How you sell to clients and look after them should steer this choice more than any checklist of features. Pick the line closest to how you work and shortlist the tools beside it.
| If your business… | Look at | Why |
| sells retainers and packages to many clients with a team of 3 to 50 | Clientish | People included per plan, catalogue and orders, tickets on every plan, own gateways |
| wants Agiled’s breadth without counting seats | SuiteDash | One price for unlimited users, white-label on every plan |
| needs many interface languages and native apps | Plutio | 34 languages, phone and desktop apps, 30 contributors on Pro |
| plans projects in detail and bills per person | Bonsai | Gantt, dependencies and workload views |
| is a solo studio that books sessions and takes deposits | HoneyBook, Dubsado | One link for proposal, contract and payment; Dubsado gives three free users |
| wants bookkeeping in the same app | 17hats | Bookkeeping and P&L next to invoices (bank feed $5/mo) |
| sells productized packages or design subscriptions | Wayfront, ManyRequests, Zendo | Cart or catalogue, subscriptions that renew, requests |
| wants a free plan and a service store, and is fine with platform fees | Assembly | Store, AI-built apps, Assembly handles payments |
| mainly shares files and collects approvals | SuperOkay, Clinked | Branded file hubs; Clinked adds compliance |
| runs regulated, multi-step client processes | Moxo | Guided flows, AI steps, SOC 2 Type II |
| is an established firm billing time and retainers | Accelo | PSA with tickets, time and invoicing |
| wants portals inside a shared knowledge workspace | FuseBase | Pages, portals, e-signatures and AI agents |
Moving From Agiled Without Disrupting Clients
A clean switch lets current projects finish in Agiled while new orders start in the new tool. Agiled’s docs describe a contact export and report exports; we could not confirm a dedicated invoice CSV export, so plan to download invoice reports and PDFs for your records before you cancel.
- Export before the renewal date. Pull the contact list and the invoice, payment and time reports you need. If you are still on classic Agiled, remember that proposals, forms, wikis and workflows were never part of its import, so copy any wording you want to keep.
- Import clients into Clientish. Under Clients → Import, grab the template, copy your Agiled export into it and upload it in CSV, XLS or XLSX format. Each imported record arrives switched off, and the import sends no email; you invite each client when you are ready.
- Turn checkout links into services. Give every service a revision cap, intake questions and a price, then carry your proposal wording over into proposal templates.
- Hand over renewals one by one. Start each client’s Clientish subscription when their Agiled cycle ends, and cancel the matching Agiled recurring invoice or gateway plan at the same time, so no client is billed twice.
- Re-point accounting. If Agiled was syncing to QuickBooks or Xero on Business, connect the same company in Clientish before the first new invoice goes out.
- Send the new portal address. Email each client their login link the day their account goes live.
Frequently Asked Questions
These answers cover the questions agencies ask when they compare Agiled with other tools, using prices and plan details from Agiled and each vendor as listed on October 4 and 5, 2026.
Which Agiled alternative suits agencies best?
Clientish, for an agency with a team and repeat clients: five to fifty team members by plan, tickets on every plan, a catalogue with orders and revision limits, and your own payment gateways. If you want Agiled’s breadth at one price for unlimited users, look at SuiteDash.
What is cheaper than Agiled?
For one person, SuiteDash Start ($180 a year) and Plutio Core (about $180) cost less than Agiled Starter ($288). With three people who need tickets, Clientish Starter is $276 a year against $708 for Agiled Pro, and with ten people it is $468 against $1,908.
Is Agiled bad, or is it a wrong-fit problem?
Mostly fit. Agiled covers HR, CRM, documents, finance and a portal, and its ratings sit around 4.7 to 4.8. The friction for agencies comes from seat blocks, tickets on Pro, branding and commerce on Business, no orders page, and the 2026 relaunch.
Agiled vs SuiteDash: which is better for an agency?
SuiteDash charges one price for unlimited users and includes white-label with your own domain from $19, but tickets and automations need Pinnacle ($99, or $80 a month yearly). Agiled counts seats and keeps branding to Business or a $19 add-on, yet opens tickets on Pro and adds HR and native phone apps. SuiteDash connects QuickBooks one way and has no Xero yet; Agiled connects both from Business.
Why are people leaving Agiled?
The reasons we found are seat costs past three or seven people, branding behind Business or a paid add-on, accounting sync locked to Business, no catalogue or orders, the 2026 migration that skipped proposals and forms, slow-support complaints from lifetime-deal buyers, and an accounting module still marked “coming soon”.
What’s the main difference between Agiled and Clientish?
Agiled runs a whole small business, including staff records and leave. Clientish runs the client side of an agency: catalogue, orders with revision limits, invoices, tickets and a branded portal, with five to fifty team members included. Agiled has its own domain, renewals that bill themselves, apps and HR; Clientish has none of those.
Which alternatives let me use my own payment provider, including outside the US?
Clientish links to a gateway account you hold (Stripe, PayPal, Paddle or SSLCommerz), and your team logs bank, Wise and wallet transfers by hand, so the countries you can bill follow the gateway you pick. Plutio, SuiteDash, Wayfront, ManyRequests and Zendo also take payments through processors you connect, and Dubsado offers Square and PayPal beside its own Stripe-based option. HoneyBook processes payments itself in four countries, Assembly sends payouts solely to bank accounts in four countries, and Bonsai Payments works in four countries, with Stripe or PayPal used outside them.
Is there a free Agiled alternative?
Zendo, SuperOkay, FuseBase, Assembly and 17hats all have free plans, each with tight limits such as three clients, one project or four invoices a quarter. None covers a working agency team. Clientish skips a free tier; its trial gives two weeks without a card.
Can I migrate client data from Agiled without losing everything?
Its docs cover exporting contacts and reports, though a standalone invoice CSV was not confirmed. Proposals, forms, workflows and automations have to be rebuilt in any new tool, the same as Agiled’s own legacy import requires. Import clients into Clientish with the template, keep Agiled running until each renewal has moved, and archive old invoices as PDFs.
Which Agiled alternative is best for a solo freelancer?
Dubsado, HoneyBook or 17hats if you book sessions and take deposits; Plutio Core or SuiteDash Start if you want a full suite for one person at about $15 a month yearly. Bonsai suits a consultant who plans projects in detail.
Which alternative works best for a productized service agency?
Clientish and Wayfront both sell through a cart and turn each purchase into an order. Clientish adds proposals, revision limits per service and tickets on the $29 plan; Wayfront adds its own domain on Base and subscriptions that renew automatically. ManyRequests suits request-based design work, and Zendo is the free starting point.
Do any of these tools white-label the portal on lower-priced plans?
SuiteDash includes white-label with your own domain on its $19 plan, Plutio sells it for $9 a month, and ManyRequests and Wayfront put a custom domain on every plan. Agiled charges $19 a month ($15 yearly) below Business. Clientish brands the portal and sends client mail from your SMTP on every tier, on a clientish.io subdomain.
What separates a client portal from a project management tool?
A project management tool organises your team’s internal work. A client portal is where clients sign in to buy, pay, approve deliveries and ask questions without seeing your internal boards. Agiled and SuiteDash offer both sides, and Clientish pairs its portal with orders and order tasks; SuperOkay, Clinked and FuseBase are mostly portals.
Is Clientish suitable for agencies with a small team?
Yes. Starter includes five team members, each with a role you define, so a three-person agency on annual billing pays $276 for the year and can still hire two more. Clients never take a seat, and tickets and proposals are already included.
Does Clientish have a free plan?
No. You get 14 days to try it with no card; after that, Starter costs $29 billed monthly, or $276 for a full year.
Does Agiled still sell a lifetime deal?
The AppSumo deal is sold out. Agiled’s own lifetime-deal page still lists one-time tiers from $99 to $999, and that page is not linked from its pricing page. Several 2026 reviews from earlier lifetime buyers complain about support and the migration.
How do I know which tool is right before committing?
Take the workflow you repeat most (a client buying a package, a renewal, or a support question) and run it end to end in two trials, with real teammates. The tool that needs the fewest workarounds for that one job is usually the right one.
Is Agiled worth it in 2026?
For a business with seven or fewer staff who want HR and a CRM beside invoicing, Business at $99 a month yearly is reasonable. For an agency selling repeat services to many clients, the seat blocks, ticket gate and missing orders make a dedicated agency portal the better buy.
Final Thoughts
Agiled is a broad business suite, and its 2026 platform adds a lot to the plans that can reach it. Agencies leave when the bill follows headcount, when clients need a help desk on the entry plan, and when every sale should become an order the whole team can follow.
Clientish is shaped around that kind of agency: team seats bundled into every plan, a branded portal with a catalogue, revision-capped orders, tickets with reply deadlines and payment gateways you already run. Try it with your team and one live client during a free 14-day trial. Our pricing page spells out each plan’s limits, and Agiled vs Clientish covers the matchup in full.
