Create & Edit Invoice
Build an invoice from your service catalog, with discounts, coupons, and tax applied.
Overview
Line items pull live prices from your services, so an invoice stays consistent with what you actually sell. Everything else — discount, coupon, tax, extra charges, dates, notes, currency — is set per invoice.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open Invoices and choose Create Invoice.
- Pick the client.
- Add line items from the service catalog and set quantity and price.
- Apply a discount or coupon code if one is due.
- Set tax, any extra charge, the issue date, and the due date.
- Add notes, confirm the currency, and save.

Common Issues
Line item price looks wrong? It was captured when you added it — re-add the item to pull the current service price.
