Sign up once to create your agency’s workspace. It takes a few minutes: fill in one form, confirm your email, answer four short questions, and your workspace opens.

Who Can Access
The person who signs up becomes the workspace owner. Team members, remote members and clients don’t sign up here; you invite them from inside the workspace.
Step-by-Step Guide
Open the sign-up page
To start a free trial, open clientish.io/signup?mode=trial. The top of the form shows Signup type: Free Trial, with a 14-day trial and no card required. If you come from a plan on the pricing page, that plan and its billing period are already chosen, and you pay at the end instead of starting a trial.
Fill in the form
Enter your Agency name, First name and Last name, your email, a password twice, and your Phone number.
Then Choose a workspace URL. This becomes your address, for example plugincy.clientish.io. Use 3 to 60 lowercase letters only, with no numbers, hyphens or dots. The address can’t be changed later, so choose carefully.
Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, and click Create Account.
Confirm your email
We send a confirmation email to the address you entered. Open it and click the link. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then click Send again on the confirmation screen.
Tell us about your agency
Answer four short questions: What kind of work do you do?, How many people are on your team?, How did you hear about Clientish?, and your billing address. All four are required, on the trial too.
Open your workspace
Your workspace is prepared and you land on the Dashboard. A trial workspace comes with example data, so every screen has something to show. Follow the Set up your workspace steps at the top of the Dashboard next. See Setting Up Your Workspace.
Paying for a Plan at Sign-Up
If you chose a paid plan, a payment step follows the four questions. Once the payment goes through, your workspace opens. If you pay by bank transfer, you wait on a review screen until the payment is confirmed.
Tips & Best Practices
Sign up with an email you will keep. Each workspace needs its own email address, and this is the account that owns the workspace.
Common Issues
- Workspace URL not accepted. Use lowercase letters only, 3 to 60 of them. Numbers, hyphens, dots and spaces are not allowed, and the name may already be taken.
- Locked out after wrong passwords. After 3 wrong passwords your account locks for 5 minutes, and after a 4th for 10 minutes. A 5th wrong password blocks sign-in until our support team unlocks it. We email you each time.
