Creating a Clientish account takes under a minute. Sign-up runs as a three-step flow and starts your 7-day free trial — no credit card required.
Overview
Sign up creates your Clientish account and Agency Admin role, and puts you on a 7-day free trial. The flow has three steps: account details, email confirmation, and two short workspace questions. After that your workspace is prepared automatically and you land in the dashboard.
Who Can Access
Prerequisites
- A valid email address you can access
- Your agency or business name
- A workspace URL you’d like to use — no credit card needed
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to the sign-up page and enter your name, email, password, and agency name.
- Choose your workspace URL — this becomes your team’s permanent address.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then select Create Account.
- Check your inbox and click the confirmation link. Use resend it on screen if the email doesn’t arrive.
- Answer the two setup questions — your agency size and how you heard about us.
- Arriving from a pricing link? Your plan and billing period are already chosen, so there is nothing to pick again.
- Paying for a plan at signup goes through the payment step; a manual bank transfer waits on the payment-review screen until we confirm it.
- Your workspace is prepared automatically and your 7-day free trial begins.
Tips & Best Practices
Use the email address you check most often — it’s where invoices, ticket alerts, and account notifications will go by default.
Common Issues
No verification email? Check spam/promotions folders, then use “Resend verification” from the login screen.
Three failed password attempts lock the account for thirty minutes, and we email the owner to say so.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No — every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no card required. The trial ends on the day it ends — there is no grace period. If you want back in afterwards, write to us and we reopen the workspace.
Can I sign up with Google or another provider?
Currently sign-up is email/password based; social login is on our roadmap.
