Team members need to be able to see orders, or Manage Order Tasks. They see the orders their role allows.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open Order Tasks

Click Order Tasks in the sidebar. Switch between Table and Kanban, and use Add Task to pick an order and add a task to it. The cards count orders with tasks that are Pending, Working, Completed, Completed late and Overdue; click a card to filter by it.

  2. Read the table

Each row is an order, with its client and service, how many tasks it has and how far along they are, how many are working, completed and overdue, and the next due date. Click the arrow to see the tasks, grouped by who they are assigned to.

  3. Filter

Search by order ID, client or service, and filter by All Assignees (or Unassigned) and All Statuses.

  4. Use the Kanban board

In Kanban, every task is a card in Pending, Working or Completed. Drag a card to change its status. A late due date shows in red. Click a card to open the order’s tasks.

Good to Know

  • On this page, Working means open and not overdue.
  • A row locks once all its tasks are done or the order is complete. Change them on the order instead.
  • The row menu has View Order, Add Task Item, Edit Tasks and Delete.
