This guide explains what the trial includes, its limits, and what happens when the 14 days are over.
Who Can Access
The workspace owner starts the trial when signing up and chooses a plan when it ends.
What the Trial Includes
- 7 days, no card. Start from clientish.io/signup?mode=trial. Nothing is charged unless you pick a plan.
- Every module open, including Leads, client Live Chat and Team Messenger.
- Example data in every screen, so you can see how things work. Click Clear example data in the top bar when you are ready for your own.
Trial Limits
On top of the example data, a trial workspace can add up to:
When you reach a limit, choose a plan to keep adding more.
When the Trial Ends
- Your workspace becomes read-only. Everything stays readable and you can still export your data. Nothing is deleted.
- Choose a plan any time. Open the profile menu and click Upgrade. It stays open after the trial, and your workspace is fully usable again as soon as a plan is active.
- Sign-in closes after 90 days if no plan is chosen.
- There is no grace period. If you need a few more days, contact us and we can reopen it.
Tips & Best Practices
Use the trial to finish the Set up your workspace steps on your Dashboard, especially Email (SMTP). Everything you set up carries over when you choose a plan.
