Responses & Export
Where submissions land, and how to get them out as a file.
Overview
What happens to a submission depends on the form. A lead-capture form creates a client record; an order form creates a paid order with the brief attached. Either way the raw response is stored against the form and can be exported.

Spreadsheet Tables
Forms using the Spreadsheet field write into linked data tables — useful when a client is submitting a list rather than a single answer, such as a month of article titles or a batch of deliverables. Tables can be deleted when a form is retired.
Exporting
Form data export generates a file of the responses and emails it to you, so a large export doesn’t tie up the browser. Check your workspace email settings are configured before relying on it.
Tips & Best Practices
Submit your own form once before sharing it. It’s the quickest way to confirm the record, order, and files all land where you expect.
