Dashboard date menu with All Time, Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month and Custom Range
  2. Pick a period

Choose one of the seven options: All Time, Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month or Custom Range. Type in Search to find one quickly.

  3. Or set your own range

With Custom Range, pick a start and an end date and click Apply. It starts filled with the last 30 days. If the start is after the end, the two are swapped for you.

  4. Go back to all time

Click Reset next to the dates.

What “In the Range” Means

  • Cards, charts and lists count records created in the range. Total Revenue, for example, is the paid invoices created in the range, not payments received in it.
  • All Time starts at your workspace’s first invoice, order, ticket or client.
  • Some numbers ignore the filter: the paid and unpaid invoice counts in the title, and the “this month” line on Total Revenue.
  • The range is part of the page address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered Dashboard. It isn’t saved for next time.
