- Orders & Services — service catalogue with variants, order forms that take payment, table / Kanban / card views, and project data attached to every order.
- Delivery — order tasks and subtasks grouped per member, todo lists, files, and rolled-up completion.
- Billing — invoices, subscriptions, coupons, multi-currency, tax rules, and six payment gateways.
- Support — tickets with SLA, live chat with business hours, saved replies, and order messages.
- Team — team members, remote contractors, roles and permissions, co-admins, and departments.
- Automation & Reports — fourteen automated email templates with an email log, plus seven exportable reports.
- Four portals — Agency, Team, Client, and the Clientish Portal for your own plan.
