Common Problems
| Problem | What to check |
|---|
| Form shows “not found” | It is a draft or Private. Use Make Public in the form menu. |
| Can’t publish an order form | Order forms need Email, Payment and Service Select with at least one service. |
| No payment taken | Use the Order Form type, and keep Allow clients to pay on. |
| Spam getting through | Add a Captcha block and set up reCAPTCHA under Integrations. |
| Field didn’t show | Check its conditional logic: show or hide when another field is or is not a value. |
| File upload refused | The form File Upload field takes files up to 1 MB of the allowed type. |
| Contact form stops taking enquiries | Your plan’s lead allowance is used up. |
