Overview
Exports exist for bookkeeping, reporting, and peace of mind. Most modules export the current filtered result set, so what you download is what you were looking at.
Direct Downloads
Orders & ratings downloads immediately as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) from the Orders header, following your active filters and status tab.

Why email: a large export is generated in the background and emailed, so it never ties up the browser.
Prerequisite: mail config must be working, or email-delivered exports never arrive.
