The Order Page

4 min read

The buttons, tabs, invoice, tags, notes, assignment and history on an order.

Each order has its own page with everything about it: the client, the invoice, the work to do, the conversation and what happened so far.

Overview

This guide walks through the order page from the buttons at the top to the tabs and cards below.

Tags and Notes

Order tags Blog and Spring campaign with the search or add tag box

Type in Search or add tag to add a tag; a new one is saved for the whole workspace. Tags are shown to the client in their portal, so keep them client-friendly. Use Notes for anything internal.

Assigning and Following

  • Assign team members and remote members with the assign button or Manage under Assigned Team. They get a notification. With nobody assigned, anyone who can see the order can work on it.
  • Follow marks the order with a star for your whole workspace, so it stands out in lists. It doesn’t send notifications.

History

The Order History card lists what happened and who did it: the order being created, status changes, messages, notes and tags. Open full history shows every entry.
