Good to Know

  • You can only move one step forward. Going back or skipping a stage is refused with “You are only allowed to move the status forward in the flow.”
  • Only your agency can move an item back.
  • Your notes replace the text in Notes / Description, including what your agency wrote there. Copy anything you need before you save.
  • The details also show the start date, valid-until date and who assigned the item.

Common Issues

!

A new item only shows under All, or has no Mark as button: ask your agency to set its status from their Task Assign board.
