Your Profile, Email and Password
Update your details, and change your email address and password with email confirmation.
Your profile holds your name, photo, contact details and password. Changes to your email address or password are confirmed by email first, so nobody can take over your account from an open laptop.
Overview
This guide shows how to update your profile, change your email address and change your password, for every kind of user.
Who Can Access
Step-by-Step Guide
Open your profile
Open the profile menu at the top right and click Profile. Team members, remote members and clients find it as My Profile.
Update your details
Under Personal information, use Change photo (JPG or PNG, 200×200, up to 100 KB) and edit your name and phone. Address & locale holds your address and timezone.

Change your email address
Type the new address. We send a confirmation to your current address, and the change only happens when you open that link, within 1 hour. Afterwards both the old and the new address get a notice.
Change your password
Under Change password, enter your Current password, then the new one twice (8 to 72 characters), and click Update password.

We email you “Confirm your new password”. Your old password keeps working until you click Confirm new password in that email. Then every device is signed out and you get a notice that your password was changed.
For Clients
In the client portal, My Profile has Personal Information, Billing Address and company details. To change their email, a client clicks Change next to it, enters the new address and clicks Send confirmation. The email changes only when they open the link sent to their current address, within an hour.

Change Password works the same way as above.
For Your Clientish Account
In the Clientish Portal, Profile lets you change your name, photo, email and password. Email and password changes are confirmed by email in the same way.
