Create coupon form with code, discount, applies for, rules and limits
  3. Set the discount

Choose Percentage or Fixed amount, and whether it applies Forever or for the First order only. Enter the discount for All Services, or click Add service-specific rate to give some services another discount.

  4. Set the limits

Under Limits, add an Expiry date, Limit total uses across all clients, a Minimum order amount, and Single use per client so each client can use it once. The Preview shows an example order. Click Create Coupon.

Where Coupons Work

  • In the client portal cart, under Have a coupon?
  • On order forms that show the coupon row.
  • Not on invoices you create, or on subscriptions you create.

Good to Know

  • A use is counted when the invoice is paid.
  • Codes must be unique in your workspace.
  • Duplicate makes a copy with a new code that starts inactive.
  • View Usage shows the invoices from the last 30 days; Reports → Coupons shows more.
