Payment Gateways

The six ways clients can pay you.

Overview

Gateways are configured once and then offered wherever a client pays — order forms, payment links, invoices, and the portal. You choose which ones are live, so you can run a single gateway or all six.

Supported Gateways

Stripe
Cards, the default for most agencies
PayPal
Familiar to clients who prefer not to enter card details
Paddle
Merchant of record, handles sales tax for you
AamarPay
Local payments in Bangladesh
SSL Commerz
Local payments in Bangladesh
Manual Banking
Offline bank transfer — you mark the invoice paid
Where: Settings → Integrations, or Payment Settings.
Test mode: switch it on while configuring so you can run a payment end to end without moving real money.

Tips & Best Practices

Keep Manual Banking enabled even if you mostly take cards. Large clients on procurement processes often cannot pay any other way.
