Payment Links
Send anyone a link to buy a service without signing in.
Send anyone a link to buy a service. They pay without signing in, and the order arrives in your Orders.
Overview
This guide shows how to get a payment link and what happens when someone pays.
Who Can Access
Team members need Edit Services.
Step-by-Step Guide
Get the link
Choose Get Payment Link in the service menu or on the service page. If the service has pricing options, pick which one the link charges.
Share it
Click Copy and send the link, or Open the payment page to see it. The same link is used until someone pays it; after that, a new one is made.

They pay
The payer sees an invoice for the service, enters their email and pays. Someone new adds their name and a password, and their client account is opened with the payment.
The order arrives
Once paid, the order appears in your Orders under the client’s name, with the team you set on the service.
Good to Know
- Only Active services have payment links, and add-ons never do.
- Only your own clients or someone new can pay; other email addresses are turned away.
- The processing fee for the payment method is added on the pay page. No tax is added.
- The invoice is due by the service’s deadline, or in 30 days.
- A payment link charges once. For recurring work, create a subscription.
