Affiliate Account and Sign-In

Your affiliate account has its own details, its own password and its own sign-in, separate from your Clientish workspace.

Overview

This guide covers the Account page, your Affiliate ID, signing in, confirming your email and resetting a forgotten password.

Who Can Access

The Account Page

• Who you are: your name and email. To change the email, write to Clientish support.
• Your Affiliate ID: a 12-digit number. Press Show to see it. Anyone who has it can connect your affiliate account to their workspace, so keep it private like a password.
• Password: changing it signs you out everywhere, including here.
• Where you are: billing address, mobile number and country, used on payout invoices.
• How you promote us: the places you share your link.

Step-by-Step Guide: Sign In

1. Open the sign-in page

   Go to clientish.io/consumer/affiliate/signin. If you joined from your workspace you can also use Affiliate in your Clientish Portal.

2. Sign in

   Enter the email and password of your affiliate account (not your workspace login) and click Sign in.

   

Confirm Your Email

After you join, we email a confirmation link. Open it and you see Address confirmed. Until then a banner on your dashboard offers Send the link again, and payouts wait.

Forgotten Password

1. Ask for a link

   On the sign-in page click Forgotten your password?, enter your affiliate email and click Send me a link.

   

2. Set a new password

   Open the link in the email within 2 hours. It works once. Enter the new password twice and save. You are signed out on every device.
