Clientish Documents
Step-by-step guides for every module, from your first workspace to proposals, billing, support and automation.
Company, Branding and Workspace Links
Set your company details, logos, brand colour and the links you share with clients and your team.
The General page holds your company details, your logos and brand colour, and the links you share with clients and your team.
Overview
This guide goes through the cards on Settings → General: Company information, Brand & appearance, Your workspace, and Access & white-label.
Who Can Access
Team members need View/Edit Company Settings.
Step-by-Step Guide
Add your company information
Go to Settings → General. Under Company information, enter your Company Name, your Website / Contact and your Timezone. The company name must be unique. Add a Terms & Conditions URL if clients must accept your terms on public order forms.

Upload your logos and choose your colour
Under Brand & appearance, upload a Light Logo, a Dark Logo and a Favicon. Logos are resized to 303×48 and can be JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP; SVG is not supported. The favicon is saved as you upload it.
Brand color sets the buttons, links and highlights across your dashboard and the client portal. It is the same value as Accent in the portal colours further down the card, so changing one changes both.

Share your workspace links
Your workspace shows your subdomain and four links: Client Portal URL, Agency Dashboard URL, Team Dashboard URL and Remote Team URL. Use the buttons next to each link to open or copy it. Clients use your workspace home page; your agency, team and remote members sign in at /login.

Save
Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom of the page, or Discard to undo.
Access and White-Label
The last card sets how your agency and team verify their sign-in (email code, Google Authenticator or both) and whether Powered by Clientish shows in your client portal footer and on its login page. Removing Powered by Clientish is available on the Enterprise plan.

For the sign-in options, see Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). The Email (SMTP) card on this page is explained in SMTP & Mail Config.
