Google & Marketing Tools

Google Calendar and Drive, reCAPTCHA on every login, and MailChimp audience sync.

Overview

Beyond payments, the catalog covers the tools agencies tend to already have. Each one is optional — connect only what you use.

What Each One Does

Google Calendar
“Add to Google Calendar” buttons on clients, leads and invoices, with no Google account needed. Connect an account to add due dates and follow-ups automatically.

Connect Google Calendar →

Google Drive
Share files from your own Drive on orders, tickets and work instead of uploading them. Your client opens the order’s folder from their portal.

Share Files with Google Drive →

Google reCAPTCHA
An “I am not a robot” check on every login: yours, your team’s, your remote members’ and your clients’. Add the keys here, then switch it on under Settings → Account Statuses. The same keys add a Captcha field to your forms.

Protect Logins with Google reCAPTCHA →

MailChimp
Keeps your MailChimp audience in step. New clients and leads are added automatically, tagged so you can target them separately. It does not send your email.

Connect MailChimp →

SMTP
Your own mail server. Invoices, notifications and client letters all go over it.

SMTP & Mail Config →

Also in your workspace: send events to other apps with webhooks, give your own tools access with an API key, and connect an AI agent (MCP). You find them under Webhooks & API and AI Connections in the menu.
Coming soon: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and ActiveCampaign show a “Coming soon” card in Integrations and can’t be connected yet.

Tips & Best Practices

Connect MailChimp from day one. New clients and leads join your audience automatically, so you never have to rebuild the list from your client records later.
