Open Import
Go to Settings → Import, or click From another tool on Clients.
Connect
Click Import on your tool and connect it with the access token it asks for.
Choose and map
Pick what to bring over, then follow the steps for clients, work and team. Notion also asks which columns to use.
Review and import
Check the summary and start the import.
