This guide walks through the form builder from template to publishing.
Who Can Access
Team members need Create Forms to add a form and Edit Forms to change one.
Step-by-Step Guide
Start a form
Click Create Form. Pick the type, then a template under Choose a template, or Blank form. Each type has its own templates, such as Standard order, Quick checkout or Order with brief.

Name it
Enter the Form name. The Public slug becomes the end of the form’s link; edit it to change the link. Add an introduction under Form information (optional).

Add and arrange fields
Drag a field from the left onto the form, or click it to add it at the end. Drag fields to reorder them. Each field has buttons to duplicate or delete it. Some blocks, such as Email or Payment, can only be added once.
Set each field
Click a field to edit it on the right. General has the label, help text, placeholder and Required field; Validation has lengths, a pattern or file types; Logic leads to the conditional logic.

Save or publish
Preview shows how it looks. Save draft keeps it private, and Publish makes the link public. Once it is live, the button says Update, and Open live form opens it.
