You Can Only Give What You Have

A team member can only tick boxes they have themselves. If they try to give more, saving stops with this message and nothing is saved:

Error: You can only give permissions you have yourself
  • Boxes the role already had don’t count.
  • Unticking is always allowed.
  • The owner and co-admins can give anything.
  • Time Tracking boxes are not checked by this rule.

Owner Only

Buying or changing the plan stays with the owner, even for co-admins.
