Create & Edit Order
Raise an order manually, duplicate an existing one, or edit what's already there.
Overview
Most orders arrive through a public form, but you can also create them by hand — useful for phone or email requests. Editing works the same way, and duplicating saves time on repeat work for the same client.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open Orders and choose Create Order.
- Pick the client, then the service they’re buying.
- Set quantity and select any add-ons the service offers.
- Add internal notes if the team needs context.
- Save — the order lands in your first status and appears in the list.
