Clientish Documents
Step-by-step guides for every module, from your first workspace to proposals, billing, support and automation.
Following a Support Ticket
Read the ticket header, reply to support, change your own replies and rate a closed ticket.
A ticket page shows where your request stands and holds the whole conversation with Clientish support.
Overview
This guide covers the ticket header, replying, changing your own replies, the Ticket Info panel and rating a closed ticket.
Who Can Access
The Ticket Header
The header shows the ticket number, status and priority, then Handled by, Submitted, Replies and Waiting on. Waiting on says Your reply when support answered last, and Support when it is their turn. The yellow line says when support aims to reply.

Step-by-Step Guide
Read the conversation
Your first message is the description you sent. Your messages sit on the right, support replies on the left. New replies appear on their own; you do not need to refresh.
Reply
Write in the Reply box and click Send Reply.

Fix a reply
Hover your own reply and click the pencil to edit it, or the bin to delete it. Edited replies are marked “edited”. A deleted reply cannot be brought back.
Ticket Info
The Ticket Info panel repeats the status, priority and assignee, and adds when the ticket was opened, the last message and when a reply is expected.

Closed Tickets and Rating
When a ticket is closed you can no longer reply or change your replies. Open a new ticket if you need more help. If rating is on, a How did we do? card appears: pick from Terrible to Great. You can rate each ticket once.
