Team Dashboard

What your in-house team members see after they sign in: the sign-in link, the sidebar their role decides, and what happens on a page they cannot open.

The Team Dashboard is what your in-house team members see when they sign in. It shows only their own work, and the menu shows only what their role allows.

Overview

This guide covers who uses the Team Dashboard, how a team member signs in, what the sidebar holds and what happens when a page is not allowed.

Who Can Access

Team Member

Team members with the Manager or Contractor role land here. Co-admins (Admin Manager) use the agency dashboard instead, and remote members use the Remote Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Share the sign-in link

As the agency owner, go to Settings → General → Your workspace. Copy the Team Dashboard URL and send it to your team member. Agency, team and remote all sign in at the same /login address.

  2. Sign in

The team member enters their email and password and clicks Sign In. Forgot password? sends a reset link. If two-step sign-in is on for the workspace, they enter the code next.

  3. Land on the dashboard

Clientish sends each person to the right place for their role. A team member always lands on their Dashboard.

  4. Use the sidebar

The top shows your agency’s name and the member’s name and role. Below are the MAIN, WORK, TEAM and BILLING menus. A menu with nothing allowed in it is left out.
