Ticket Settings with Enable ticket ratings and the SLA response windows
  2. The client rates

When the ticket is closed, the client sees stars on the ticket in their portal and picks 1 to 5, from Terrible to Great. Each ticket can be rated once, and only by its own client.

  3. See the rating

The rating shows as Client Rating in the ticket’s Info tab, and you get a notification.

  4. Export ratings

Use Export Ticket Ratings on the Orders tab of Reports, or Ticket Ratings in the Dashboard export menu. The file lists the tickets created in the dates you pick, with the date, ticket number, subject, client, email, company, rating and related order.
