Employees and contractors need different defaults, so Clientish keeps two independent role systems. A change to a team role never quietly widens what your contractors can see.

Per-member override: individual members can deviate from their role, and be restored to role defaults.

Clone rather than create. Starting from an existing role means you only think about the differences, which is where mistakes hide.
