This guide lists the 6 Forms permissions and the limits.

Who Can Access

Permissions

Set them in Settings → Roles & Permissions under Services, forms & coupons. The owner and co-admins can do everything.

Limits

• Your plan sets how many forms you can have, drafts included. At the limit, Create Form is hidden.
• Order forms use your monthly order and client allowances; when they run out, buyers are told orders aren’t being taken.
• Contact forms use your monthly lead allowance.
• Intake and onboarding forms have no limit on submissions.
