Overview
Forms live outside the client portal, so anyone with the link can fill one in. That makes them the entry point for people who aren’t clients yet — and for order intake when you’d rather send a link than ask someone to sign up.

Toggle a seasonal form inactive rather than deleting it — the link stops working but the form and its responses survive for next time.
