Password Reset
Reset your own password by email, or have an Agency Admin reset one for a team member.
Overview
Requesting a reset sends a secure, time-limited link to your registered email. Setting a new password ends the reset link and lets you sign in immediately.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Select Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Open the reset link from your inbox.
- Set a new password and sign in.
For Agency Admins
You can trigger a password reset for any team or remote member from their member record — useful during onboarding or when someone loses access to their email.
Common Issues
Reset link expired? Request a new one — links are time-limited for security. Also check spam and promotions folders.
