Your plan decides how much you can add each month and which features you get. Here is how plans, limits, trials and renewals work.

Invoices and forms are not limited on any plan. Your current numbers are always on the plans page.

Monthly allowances (clients, orders, tickets, leads) count what you add, and start again on your renewal day each month. A yearly plan refills every month too.
Anything unused does not carry over.
Seats (team members, remote team, co-admins) are how many you can have at once. They stay as they are until you remove someone.
When an allowance is used up, only adding new items stops. Everything you have stays visible, and the message tells you when it refills.

New agencies get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed.
The trial has small limits (5 clients, 5 orders, 5 tickets and 5 leads, 3 team members and 2 remote members). The example data in a new workspace does not count.
Choose a plan any time from the plans page to keep going.

Pick a new plan on the plans page and pay. The new plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything. If you are over a new limit, you keep everything but cannot add more until you are back inside it.
Features the new plan does not include, such as leads and live chat on Starter, are hidden. White label ends below Pro.

For 3 days after the end date everything keeps working.
After that the workspace is read-only: you, your team and your clients can still view and download, but nothing new can be created.
Nothing is deleted. Renew and it opens straight back up.
A trial that ends works the same way: 3 more days, then read-only until you choose a plan.
