Step-by-step guides for every module, from your first workspace to proposals, billing, support and automation.
The Client Profile
Everything about one client: buttons, summary, tabs, notes and activity.
Each client has a profile page with everything about them in one place: their details, orders, invoices, tickets, files and activity, and buttons to start new work for them.
Overview
This guide walks through the profile from top to bottom.
Who Can Access
Team members need View Clients. The Orders, Invoices, Tickets and Activity tabs each need their own permission.
Step-by-Step Guide
Open a client
Click the client’s name on the Clients page.
Start work from the buttons
The buttons at the top are Edit, Sign in as Client, Create Order, Create Invoice, Send Proposal, Create Ticket, Create Subscription and Schedule a call. Each Create button opens the form with this client already chosen. ⋮ has Merge with Client and Delete Client.

Read the summary
The header shows the client’s status, when they became a client, their company, email and phone, and four figures: Total Orders, Total Spent, Open Tickets (with how many are waiting for your reply) and Account Balance.

Switch tabs
Overview, Orders, Invoices, Subscriptions, Tickets, Files and Activity. A dot on Invoices means something is unpaid, and a dot on Tickets means something is waiting for your reply. Hours appears when your remote members track billable time for this client, and Reports when you share reports with them.

The Overview Tab
- Contact Information: email, phone, company and address.
- Details: status, tax ID, client since, who is assigned, when they last signed in, and the switch that stops invoice reminders to this client.
- Notes: notes only your team sees. Click Edit to change them.
- Account Owner: the workspace owner.
- Recent Invoices, Recent Orders, Recent Tickets and Recent Files, each with View all.

Activity and History
The Activity tab lists what happened on the client’s account: orders, invoices, status changes and sign-ins. Open full history opens the Client History page, where you can click an entry to see what changed.
