With Allow clients to pay off, clients see: “Online payment is turned off for this workspace. Please contact your agency to settle this invoice.”
Payment Methods

- Clients save Stripe cards here. They see the card, holder, expiry and status.
- They can set a card as Default or remove it.
- A saved card is not charged on its own. Clients pay each invoice themselves.
Balance

- Current Balance, this month’s Added and Used, and deposits used this month.
- Add Balance makes a deposit invoice. The money is added once that invoice is paid.
- Each deposit is 10 to 1,000. Up to 5 deposits a month, and the balance can hold up to 5,000.
- Only one deposit can wait for payment at a time. It stays open for 7 days, and the client can pay or cancel it.
- Deposits are non-refundable. The balance can pay for orders and invoices, not for other deposits.
Deposits

Deposits lists every deposit with its Invoice No., date issued, amount, type (Deposit or Refund) and status.
