Leads Inbox

2 min read

Everyone who has enquired, in a list or a board — with an owner and a follow-up date on each one.

Overview

Leads arrive by themselves from your public contact and order forms, so an enquiry is on the board before anyone types it up. You can also add one by hand.

What’s On the Page

List or board view
Everyone who has enquired, either way round
One owner per lead
Assigned straight from the list
Follow-up colours
Amber when due, red when late — and the owner is reminded
Duplicate detection
Caught as they arrive and offered for merging

How a Lead Moves

1

It arrives
Someone fills in your public contact or order form, and the lead appears on the board on its own. You can also add one by hand.
2

It gets an owner
Assign the owner from the list — one person is responsible, so nothing sits unclaimed.
3

It gets a follow-up date
The date turns amber when it is due and red when it is late, and the owner is reminded.
4

You talk to them
Messages, emails and scheduled follow-ups all sit on the lead, so the history stays in one place.
5

It becomes a client
One button converts the lead, carrying the details across without retyping.

Tips & Best Practices

A lead you decide is not a duplicate stays that way, so the same pair is never offered again.
