An add-on is an extra a client buys together with a main service, such as express delivery.

This guide shows how to make a service an add-on and where clients buy it.

Who Can Access

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create the extra as a service

   Add a service for the extra with its price.

2. Mark it as an add-on

   Under Orders of this service, tick This is an add-on — don’t create a new order and choose its Parent services. Assigning and deadlines aren’t available for add-ons.

   

3. Clients buy it with the parent

   On an order form, the add-on is offered with its parent service and its price is added to that order instead of making a new one. The order shows it under its Add-ons tab.

Good to Know

• Filter the Services page by All Types → Add-ons to see them.
• Add-ons don’t get payment links.
• In the client portal, add-ons are listed with your other services.
