Support Tickets with Clientish
Open a ticket with Clientish support and find it again with counts, tabs, search and filters.
Support Tickets in the Clientish Portal is where you ask the Clientish team for help in writing and keep track of every request.
Overview
This guide covers the ticket list, its counts and filters, and how to open a new ticket.
Who Can Access
The Ticket List
Go to Support Tickets in the Clientish Portal. The top cards count your Open, In Progress and Closed tickets and show how long support takes to reply on average.
- Tabs: All, Open, In Progress and Closed, each with a count.
- Search by subject or ticket number.
- Filter by priority and by status.
- Reply due shows how long until support should reply. It shows a dash once support has answered or the ticket is closed.
- Click the ticket number, or the eye icon, to open a ticket. A star icon appears on closed tickets you can rate.

Step-by-Step Guide: Open a Ticket
Click New Ticket
On Support Tickets, click New Ticket.
Fill in the form
Enter a Subject, pick a Priority (Low, Medium, High or Urgent) and write a Description. All three are required. The subject can be up to 255 characters.

Submit
Click Submit Ticket. The ticket is created as Open and its page opens straight away.
Editing a Ticket
Once a ticket is sent, its subject, priority and description cannot be changed, so the conversation always matches what was asked. To add or correct something, send a reply. You can still edit or delete your own replies while the ticket is open.
