Your Clientish Subscription

Subscriptions shows the plan you pay Clientish for, when it renews, and lets you stop or keep the renewal.

Who Can Access

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open Subscriptions

   Click Subscriptions in the portal menu. Each row shows the reference, plan, cycle, start date, next payment and status. A plan you cancelled is marked Will not renew.

   

2. Open one

   Click the eye icon. You see the status, whether auto-renew is on, the price, start date, last and next payment, billing cycle, how many payments were made, and the payment history.

   

3. Cancel the renewal

   Click Cancel Subscription Plan and confirm. The plan keeps working until the day you paid for; Clientish just stops taking payment.

   

4. Change your mind

   Before that day, click Keep Subscription Plan and it renews as before.

Statuses

• Active: paid and running.
• Awaiting renewal: the paid period has ended and the plan has not been renewed yet. Nothing has been deleted.
• Auto-renew on / off: whether your default card is charged automatically. Change it on Billing & Payment.
