My Assignments
See the work your agency assigned to you, move it forward one stage at a time, add notes and open attachments.
My Assignments lists the work your agency assigned to you. Open an item to see its details, move it to the next stage and add notes.
Overview
This guide covers the list, the detail page and how statuses move.
Who Can Access
Remote members whose role covers assigned work but not the Orders menu. If your role includes the Orders menu, you get the full Orders page instead and this page is titled Orders.
Step-by-Step Guide
Open My Assignments
Click My Assignments in the sidebar. Each row shows the title, whether it is a task or an order, when it was assigned, when it is due, and its status.

Filter and search
Use the tabs All, Assigned, Processing, Working and Completed, or type in Search assignments….
Open an item
Click a row. The top shows the status and a due badge: Active, Due today, Overdue or Done. The Timeline progress bar shows how much of the time between start and due date has passed.

Move it forward
Click Mark as … to move the item to the next stage: Assigned → Processing → Working → Completed. Your agency is notified.
Add notes
Write in Notes / Description and click Save Notes. Open the file under Attachment if your agency added one.
Statuses
Good to Know
- You can only move one step forward. Going back or skipping a stage is refused with “You are only allowed to move the status forward in the flow.”
- Only your agency can move an item back.
- Your notes replace the text in Notes / Description, including what your agency wrote there. Copy anything you need before you save.
- The details also show the start date, valid-until date and who assigned the item.
Common Issues
A new item only shows under All, or has no Mark as button: ask your agency to set its status from their Task Assign board.
