Setting Up Your Workspace
Your workspace is created for you at sign-up and comes pre-loaded with demo data. This guide covers what to configure next — branding, payments, and email — before you replace the demo data with your own.
Overview
Each agency gets its own isolated workspace with a unique subdomain, independent branding, settings, and data — completely separate from every other agency on Clientish. Your new workspace also ships with demo clients, orders, invoices, and tickets so you can explore how every feature works before adding real data.
Demo data is included Sample records are added across every module so you can click through the full product straight away. You can clear all demo data from Settings whenever you’re ready to go live.

What Gets Set Up Automatically
Tips & Best Practices
Set up your payment gateway and email before inviting clients — invoices and notifications both depend on them. Pick your brand colours once in Settings and they carry across your dashboard, your clients’ portal and your team’s dashboard. Keep the demo data until your team has explored the product; clearing it is a one-click action you can run any time.
Common Issues
Emails not arriving? Check your SMTP credentials and sender address in Settings. Payments failing? Confirm your gateway keys are for the same mode (test or live) as your workspace.
