The portals have their own doors: clients sign in at the portal address, staff at the member address, and an agency reaches its own Clientish billing through the consumer sign-in.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open your workspace URL and go to the sign-in screen for your account type.
- Enter your email and password.
- If your workspace requires 2FA, complete the verification challenge.
- You land in the dashboard matching your role.
- Resetting a password signs you out of every other device.

Bookmark the sign-in page for your account type and share the right one with each group — team members and clients use different entry points.
Common Issues
Three failed passwords lock the account for thirty minutes and send the owner an email saying so. Wait it out or use Password Reset.
