Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add a second verification step after the password. Available to every account, and enforceable across your whole workspace.
Overview
Clientish supports two methods: an emailed verification code, or an authenticator app. An Agency Admin can require either method for everyone in the workspace.

A six-digit code sent to your inbox at sign-in
Authenticator app
Six-digit codes from Google Authenticator or a similar app

Step-by-Step Guide
- Open Settings and go to the security options.
- Choose whether to require 2FA for the workspace, and which method.
- For an authenticator app, scan the QR code and confirm the generated code once.
- Sign out and back in to confirm the challenge appears.
Common Issues
Lost your device? An Agency Admin can reset the authenticator setup for a team member so they can register a new one. If the owner themselves is locked out, write to us and we verify ownership of the workspace before resetting anything.
