Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Pick the type

In the builder, choose Order Form, Contact Form, Intake Form or Onboarding Form next to Form type. Changing the type of a saved form replaces its fields with that type’s template.

  2. Use the right fields

Each type offers its own fields. Order forms have everything, including Service Select and Payment. Contact forms add contact and spam-protection fields. Intake and onboarding forms collect project details.

Intake and Onboarding for a Service

Assign an intake or onboarding form to a service with Assign to service in the builder. Each service can have one. The client fills it in from their portal after buying. See Service Intake Form.
