Your Plan & Billing

Manage the Clientish plan your agency is on.

Overview

Everything about what you pay Clientish sits here — which plan you are on, when the next payment falls due, the invoices behind it, and the card it comes off. Upgrades and downgrades happen from the same place.

What has been charged and when
Free trial: the 14-day trial runs before any plan is chosen, and you are not charged until you subscribe.
Plan limits: when you approach a limit, your dashboard shows it before anything is blocked.
No refunds: the 14-day trial is what replaces them — once a plan starts, payments are final.

If Access Lapses

Trial expires unpaid
Workspace access ends. Your data is held for a limited period, so subscribing picks up where you left off — but you cannot sign in until a plan is active.

Paid renewal missed
90-day read-only grace period. You can still sign in, view everything, and export — but not create, edit, delete, or send. Client portal and public forms stop accepting submissions.

Renewing inside the 90 days restores full access immediately with nothing lost. After it ends, the workspace and its data may be permanently deleted.
Not a refund: the grace period exists so you can export your records — it does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

Common Issues

!

Renewal failed? Check the default card in Payment Methods — an expired card is the usual cause, and access is restricted rather than deleted while it is unresolved.
